Pokémon GO is showing just how much they love their fans this Valentine’s Day by releasing Generation II increasing the amount of candy gained and making some rare Pokémon more common!
With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, we couldn’t think of a sweeter time to double the amount of Candy you’ll earn every time you catch, hatch, and transfer Pokémon. Your Buddy Pokémon is also getting into the Valentine’s Day spirit and will find Candy twice as fast!
Throughout the celebration, you’ll notice that Chansey, Clefable, and many other adorable pink Pokémon will be encountered more frequently in the wild. Cleffa, Igglybuff, and Smoochum will also be more likely to hatch from Eggs. And to help you paint your town pink this Valentine’s Day, Lure Modules will last for six hours for the entire duration of the event.

Off topic entirely, but I’m pretty angry about this. So for some odd reason my school has recently taken a strong position on video games. They’ve fallen into the false mentality that video games make murderers, and now the teachers (except one who actually plays video games, he’s a cool guy) are all preaching out against video games. I thought we had moved passed this, and now my school is treating gamers like we’ve got some sort of mental disease. It’s actually a little funny now that I think about it but it was pretty enraging at the time lol.

Alright concept, botched execution. The dev can’t code for his life and isn’t willing to improve, resulting in FPS comparable to a snail dying and more glitches than there are stars in our universe, which wouldn’t be a problem if he wasn’t so defensive and willing to improve, and he’s a total creep who doesn’t give anything back to the people who invest in making his game
The part that irks me most is the whole Twitch situation. He is so crazy confused about why they banned the game when a major part of the game is murdering young school girls in order to get with a guy. That is super fucked up. I’m not saying the game shouldn’t be made, but it is totally understandable that it would be banned on Twitch

Smash competition is run and organized by students. The school doesn’t support it (and honestly I wouldn’t be suprised if that’s sorta what caused the sudden vocalness about video games) but they can’t really do anything to stop it since it isn’t really up to them.
Speaking of the competition (I know you probably don’t care lol) the organizers opened it up to more than one team per homeroom so we’re all good now.
