I personally like to give it a red card then spam bulk up. When the opponent attacks and unexpectedly get switched out, I can use Acrobatics or Earthquake or Facade. Lum Berry + Thrash is also good.

I made a comment a while back about how it’s weird she’s an e4 member and how her parents are never actually seen unlike a majority of trial captains. So I got a theory that despite being born from royalty she’s actually currently an orphan being looked after by her uncle. And that dress looks suspiciously hand-made … perhaps there is relevance?

My theory is that she’s an orphan of royal descent and became elite four due to nanu realizing his niece had nowhere else to go so he made sure she’d end up there.
Also… she’s ghost but her actual character does not seem to represent it at all… she isn’t creepy, just cute… she has no ghostly attributes… but if she’s an orphan…
That could work, but the whole idea that Nanu didn’t become an E4 member connects more to his careless personality. It might be for sympathy towards Acerola too, as you mentioned.

I feel like we should’ve gotten Kanto remakes this year to really celebrate the 20th anniversary, considering SM changed concepts more than it did honor them. That way, we wouldn’t have to worry about a Kanto remake getting in the way of D/P remakes and delaying them. Perhaps Kanto remakes this year would have introduced the S/M protagonist and made for a smooth transition, but even if we get Kanto remakes after SM, there is that one particular character who sailed off to Kanto and could reappear. That is, assuming, the character remembers who we are, unlike a certain sequel where the rivals didn’t remember you *cough* BW2 *cough*

I think I’ve asked you about this before, but how can I find out which nature is best for different Pokemon? Is there an online list or do I have to know what each nature entails, look at the Pokemon’s stats and decide from there?

I think Star Storm is saying the plot with the evil team always slows down the story. In my opinion, the only pokemon game that has truly mastered the gym leader/plot ratio is B/W. The pacing is wonderful.
Sun and Moon felt well paced except for Island 2 which felt kinda rushed

And you have the nerve to call yourself a Pokemon fan.
He lost against a charizard while using Ash Greninja how does that happen. He is an annoying character with no development at all. Any development he gets will real quickly be wiped in the next region (not just a Sun and Moon thing) and the writers are unable to do anything good with him.
Compare that to the manga that always changes protagonists, develops them well, brings them back when needed and has great story and character arcs

I did and I saw that Ash is awful and if anything they should just stop following him and do the manga instead. So much better. Now, admittedly I haven’t seen XYZ or Sun and Moon so I don’t know if he is better there but for gens 2-5 he is atrocious. Gen 1 he’s excused because he is a new trainer but after that? God damn you’ve been at this for a while

That I can agree on. Speaking of which, in my copy of Pokemon Black, I fzoned Elesa’s Pokemon with the Geodude I got from the Dream World.
Elesa in challenge mode was the hardest gym battle I’ve ever fought cause I only had one member of my real team and the rest were filler pokemon. After that, Volcarona took care of everything.
Try being underleveled, challenging the E4 in SuMo and having a Togedemaru as your only mon to beat flying types and half your team is weak to them
And your “Nuke Button” ends up dying in one hit despite being bulky AF

The story was slowed by story cause they took the time to care about it. That honestly is a very nice thing at times.
