- Decidueye is Rowlet’s final evolution, Grass/Ghost. New signature move Spirit Shackle prevents foe from switching out
- Incineroar is Litten’s final evolution, Fire/Dark. New signature move Darkest Lariat ignores foe’s stat changes
- Primarina is Popplio’s final evolution, Water/Fairy. New signature move Sparkling Aria heals the burns of those it hits
- Akala Island’s Guardian Deity is Tapu Lele (Psychic/Fairy)
- Ula’Ula Island’s Guardian Deity is Tapu Bulu (Grass/Fairy)
- Poni Island’s Guardian Deity is Tapu Fini (Water/Fairy)
- Tapu Pokémon share a unique Z-Move called Guardian of Alola
- Cosmog is a Psychic-type Pokémon with ability Unaware
- Alolan Persian is pure Dark-type
- Alola is still in the process of building a Pokémon League
- Champions can take on the Battle Tree where they can battle alongside and against famous trainers (Wally, Cynthia, Red & Blue!)

As long as you have something that can take out the typings that are weak to flying type you really won’t need it. Not like we need Fly anymore lol

Oh man my body wasn’t ready. Love the Tapus, love the starters even more, almost passed out when I saw Red and Blue. Now I’m considering just using all 3 starters. I can’t choose. :^(
I’m not really enthusiastic about the starters moves. I mean, Rowlett one is kinda boring when ghost type with shadow tag exist (so if you want that role for your ghost, why to choose him?). Tiger one may be good against great wall who boost their defenses, but what else? Cause it will not ignore opponents boosted attacks and speed for sure. Faboulosity one is like a counterpart of scald. The question is: why do you want to hit your opponent and heal its burn? Cause from the trailer it looks like a damaging move so I assume that it has a really low base power otherwise you cannot use it on your own burned pokemon. Also why only burn?
I really love how the starters have so much personality to them, gen 6 starters imo lacked that
Greninja had a lot of personality. The other two were completly overshadowed so we cannot really tell.But I agree these ones have a lot of personality.

I actually never liked Naruto-Frog.. I still don’t get why it is so popular, except for being in the anime. I really dislike it’s design, but that’s just my opinion.

Grass ghost ain’t what I expected, but I ikebana it. iLloyd have have to see to info on the official sste, the other arters, love em. Types of tapus wevent what I expected, but they’re cool, and cosmog wasn’t expected to be rvaled….ike said below, I’m thinking it’s a 3 stage of the legendary. And the battle tree looks awesome! Deciduous and Deadeye is my guess.
Deciduous meaning shedding of leaves annually (like tress in the fall), matching the Ghost/Grass typing.
Deadeye being a name for an expert marksman. Since he’s based on an archer, and relies on precision aiming, deadeye makes alot of sense for a naming device.
Holy Arceus!!! My beloved owl is a Ghost type!!!! A starter who is a friggin ghost type!!!! How amazing!!! Primarina is amazing too! It’s name and it’s type are both amazing. Incineroar looked better in video I admit, but it’s still one of my least favorite final starter evolutions yet. Loving the Tapus too! Fell in love with Fini since the leaks, Lele looks great, and I like Bulu now that I’ve seen it in video. Im glad they changed up their types and didn’t just become Oricorio’s types replacing Flying with Fairy
