The Official Pokémon site has just updated with information for Pokémon Sun & Moon. The update contains details on the new Ultra Beasts announced in CoroCoro earlier this week.
New Information
- Official artwork of UB-02 Beauty and UB-02 Absorption released
- Screenshots of the two new Ultra Beasts in action
- UB-02 Absorption will appear in Pokémon Sun, the Ultra Beast’s entire body is covered in muscle and punch using the full power of it’s muscle strength is said to be immeasurable. UB-02 Absortpion also uses it’s “harder than diamond” probiscus to attack
- UB-02 Beauty will appear in Pokémon Moon. The Ultra Beast is said to attract Pokémon regardless of gender, though it is unclear how it does this. UB-02 Beauty is capable of extreme speeds and can move fast enough to avoid lightning strikes
More Pokémon Sun & Moon news will be released on September 20th at the same time as today: 9am EDT, 6am PDT, 10pm JST, 3pm CEST and 2pm BST.

Unchained X season 1 is finished in Japan, its still ongoing in Europe and North America yes. The secret ending currently available is the Japanese version

Unchained X=X in North America and Europe, so its literally the same thing.
I don’t think so. Setting aside that X was a browser game we never got, Unchained X’s plot may or may not be the same as X.
X was never released in EU/NA. Its essentially the same thing as Unchained X, with additional storytelling here and there in UX. You can all look it up on KH Wiki and such

I'm open to the possibility that Unchained X is "another dream" and some people learned something from previous "loops" so it'll be different and that's why unchained x season 2 exists.

Corocoro magazine comes out in Japan on the 15th. Retailers get copies early so they can stock the shelves, so scans of the magazine leak on line before that.

No offense, I don’t want this to come off as rude, but I don’t think that should be an excuse anymore. We live in the information age where internet rules the world. So if you release the same info you released in a magazine online, of course the magazine information will be redundant.
It’s the amount of news, it’s the fact that for the first time in Sun and Moon’s announcements, there is no trailer or English announcement at all.

I REALLY want to play 2.8 but……I sold my PS3 for a PS4 and a PS VITA. I do hope the rumor of 1.5 and 2.5 getting a re-release on the VITA and PS4 is true, so I can go out and have the entire set to play (though I personally want them on my VITA as its kinda like my PS2 Hand Held gaming console now XD).
You should play Unchained X. I recently saw the secret ending and I was absolutely blown away. KH endings (and secret endings) have always been full of suspense, plottwists and cliffhangers, but this one is next level.

The next Assassin’s Creed is the Ezio Collection, its coming on December 16th. Announced yesterday by Ubisoft.

Hey remember when OmegaRuby and AlphaSapphire were announced, and I think this Japanese show called Pokemon Sunday were like “We got first exclusive video of the games”. I remember everyone freaking out, then on the day of its release, they just show Kyogre and Groundon in water yelling and then cut to black. And everyone was like “wtf that is it”.
ahahaha yes. It was like 2.5 seconds of the guardians thrashing. In hindsight that was actually hilarious xD

I remember once my local grocery store were selling Pokemon AlphaSapphire a week before its release so I went and cenceled my pre-order at GameStop and got it there XD. This happened I think 5 or 6 times with other games, the most recent I think was The Witcher 3 on PS4 and X1 before they shut down from Bankruptcy. Earthen probably knows what grocery store I’m talking about since he and I are kinda from the same area XD

They wanted to have a global release with XY, but some stores in Canada, Spain and Italy started selling copies two weeks in advance, so the whole of Europe got punished by getting ORAS a week later and SM five days later.

The only thing they did is trolling and not confirming release date in Canada until 1 week before.
Not sure. I know that Nintendo recalled the advance copies, saying they’ll sue the offending stores for $500 a copy. I’m guessing all the Canadian copies were returned.
Maybe they were able to stamp out everything for those games. I’m not familiar enough with the situation to know for sure, but I just remember reading there’s a lot of hurdles involving Pegi. I don’t, however, buy into the conspiracy that Europe is being punished for breaking street dates.

Expansion is obviously Gladion. I mean, one of if his hands is out of control and he can’t stop it from shaking. Not to mention his outfit resembles Expansion.

No because UBs are not human, they are from an alternate reality and in that reality they are both Gladion and Lusamine, But in the Pokemon universe, they are two seperate beings.
It might more of a story thing rather than them actually being the same entity. Like in Sun the battle with Tapu Koko happens with Expansion (Gladion) and in Moon it happens with Beauty (Lusamine)

In Sun Expansion would be coded as UB-02 and in Moon Beauty would be. Again it’d have more to do with the story being slightly different rather than having to be the same entity. I imagine they both exist in in either game. Maybe they go by different names or don’t have names per say in the game they are shown to be fighting Tapu Koko

That said, I can’t see the resemblance UB-02 has to Gladion like I can with the others, except the colours, also Gladion, while related to Aether obviously doesn’t actually seem to be bad, despite being in Team Skull, as it seems he rescued Type:Null from Aether, which is obviously the reason for all his tears and scars.
Well I’ve had the idea that maybe he’s just undercover as a Team Skull memeber. Also since UB-02 is (in form) called expansion it’d be the typical kind of scenario where they underestimate Gladion as he’s small, but then he basically rips out of what I guess would be a skin suit(?) and then be the massive UB we see here. As it’s name suggests, he’d “expand” lol
Gladion’s clothing is ripped on several places and just happens to be of the same colour pallet as Expansion? Yes okay, its probably just a coincedence.
It would also make zero sense, if all members of Aether (Gladion is clearly ex-Aether) have their own UB counterpart, but Gladion doesn’t. Bit odd if you ask me. But granted, anything is possible with Game Freak.
No I think he has his own counterpart, but I don’t think it’s UB-02 Expansion, not with the fact that it’s attacking Tapu Koko, at least not just yet, I feel we’ve got at least 3 more UB’s to see.
Faba, Wickes, and Gladions possible one if it’s not Expansion. They too may have alternate forms, one resembling them, and one that looks completely different.
Right now, while I think theres enough evidence to link Lillie with UB-01, and Lusamine with 02 (Beauty, possibly Expansion as they’re both 02)
I feel Gladions is either UB-03, OR 05.

My theory is that the Ultra Beasts are nuclear mutations, possibly from our world considering the portal. Would explain why they’re based on invertebrates as cockroach etc are well known for surviving nuclear fallout. Would also contrast well with the nature theme Alola has.

What I mean by a necessary evil is that it has its problems, but it’s necessary for life to function.
Like my example with money. It’s corrupting, and people can be obsessed by it, but you need it to buy things and life a normal life. There’s no use shunning or embracing it. Just taking it for what it is.
