It’s been announced that Shigeki Morimoto is going to stream live gameplay footage of Pokémon Sun and Moon at this year’s Gamescom (that’s Gamescom with an “M” – thanks twitter followers) in Germany! The demo will be streamed via Nintendo Germany’s Twitch channel on August 18th, 8:00am PST! Check out what time that is for you here. No word on the specifics of what the stream will show, but we’ll be here to watch and cover anything new that comes from it!
What are you hoping to see from the stream? Would love to see some gameplay of another early town – perhaps one new Pokémon?

My phat gut has a feeling that this thing won’t have any outstanding qualities, maybe some above average defense or sub-par Sp Attack, it honestly feels like the Whiscash of this generation
But then again I could be wrong, it could be the next Klefki which everyone mocked but the found the thing the bane of existence
I mean this this bound to get Arena Trap would could be very good since as a Ghost it may have access to Wisp which all Ghosts can learn (EXCEPT GOLURK WHICH I FELT WAS A TOTAL DICK MOVE ALL THE TIMES THAT COULDVE HELPED)
So Trap it, burn it, and eat their souls with Hex ding a ring done
On a side note I truly hope this thing can Sandshift its body into fantastic and terrifying forms, like it stretches outward with its mouth and arms, or turn into a pit trap OOOOOooooo if it learns Phantom Force it sinks its arm into the ground and attacks

Aegislash can’t learn Will-O-Wisp and it’s doing fine.

But me being the super creative one I would train it to carve out tunnels that could collapse during battle, and also (though cruel, dark and most likely fatal) swallow the Pokemon whole and force itself underground and “eject” them under the earth’s crust leaving it there as Sandoom easily sifts back to the surface
Vicious and flashy!
Though yeah, the Pokemon battling committee will force you to eject the opponent from the crust.

As much as I liked Lockstin’s theory for the end of pokemon and stuff I wish he’d do away with the theatrics.

As someone who lives in Germany I can confirm I haven’t seen any WPMs in Cologne
He’s not talking about Gamescom, WPM will probably be at Worlds this weekend, which is in San Francisco. They have revealed things there before (Mega Kangaskhan) so it’s not surprising if he knows since like what TheSunnyMonster said, he’s had insider info before.
Also, you could lay off the attitude there bud.
He is probably talking about Worlds this weekend rather than Gamescom. I’d imagine we’ll get something interesting at either the opening ceremonies or closing.
