The official Japanese Pokémon site has updated with news that information about the upcoming Nintendo 3DS titles Pokémon Sun & Pokémon Moon will be announced on May 10th at 21:00 JST (check what time it will be for you HERE).
We can only speculate about what information is coming; perhaps it is an announcement of the date we’ll actually be getting new info.

Masuda said that he is anxious about this news…I’m guessing that he hopes that the designs for the new Pokemon go down well.
I swear if they are too simplistic I will vomit blood
Better simple like gen 1 and 2 then gen 5 mess
I loved Gen 5
It’s the worst gen in my opinion. There are only à few pkm I like (zoroark for example)
Excadrill
Sewaddle
Trubbish
Throh
Eelektross
Golurk
And lastly the best of them all
Stunfisk
I’m sure stunfisk was sarcastic but I like kost of what you listed
All my favorite pokemon actually come out of Gen 5: Volcorona, Hydreigon etc.
I love these two too but the rest are too weird
I’m going to assume that Gen 7 will have “simplistic” designs, like Sugimori said back in 2013. I think that they will intentionally try to emulate the style they used back in Gen 1.

New article!
If I die I blame Pokemon Company for make making me get a seizure due to anticipation
I’m so dumb sometimes. When the Pokemon SolgaLEO was mentioned it did not even a moment enter into my mind that it could be a lion.
