On December 12th, Tokyo’s new ‘Mega Pokémon Center’ will open in Ikebukuro. Unfortunately, the previous location will close its doors forever on December 7th. To say goodbye to the center I’ve been frequenting for the last 4 years while living in Tokyo I stopped by this weekend with a friend. Luckily since I bought stuff I was able to participate in the decoration of a Mega Charizard which will be put up in the new location when it opens. It is colored entirely by small stickers placed by fans, and Charmander, Charmeleon, and Charizard were already finished.
Made a quick video as well of what I picked up so enjoy 🙂

Groudon, Kyogre, Rayquaza, and Deoxys are shiny locked (unless you get them from the old RS when they weren’t locked back then).
The other legends found are not shiny locked.

You need a few fully EV trained pokemon, which shouldn’t be hard if you use a team from your main playthrough of the game.
