PJN in JPN: Last Trip to Tokyo’s Old Pokémon Center

On December 12th, Tokyo’s new ‘Mega Pokémon Center’ will open in Ikebukuro. Unfortunately, the previous location will close its doors forever on December 7th. To say goodbye to the center I’ve been frequenting for the last 4 years while living in Tokyo I stopped by this weekend with a friend. Luckily since I bought stuff I was able to participate in the decoration of a Mega Charizard which will be put up in the new location when it opens. It is colored entirely by small stickers placed by fans, and Charmander, Charmeleon, and Charizard were already finished.

Made a quick video as well of what I picked up so enjoy 🙂

  2. So, before i hunt for shiny Ralts, I’m going to chain fish Feebas, since I found a method to encounter Feebas 100% of the time on route 119. Hopefully no more than a three hour hunt.

  4. Up I understand ORAS are REMAKES for ruby and sapphire. But could they not have some elements of emerald? ( BF, harder gyms) I remember HGSS had some elements of crystal. Like how you could encounter suicune

  9. *sigh*…..well I’m a bit annoyed……I wish u didn’t have to use HMs like strength and rock smash in the seafloor cavern…….I was hoping that I’d b able to go in guns blazing with all my Pokes…….but instead I have bench one of them in order to have a Machop on my team…….Unfortunately I’ll prolly have to give Torkoal a break while I take on Maxie…..

    • Some of the Rock puzzles will stay solved even if you leave the cave, that allows you to go to the Pokemon Center and come back to fight Maxie without needing HMs.
