PJN in JPN: Last Trip to Tokyo’s Old Pokémon Center

On December 12th, Tokyo’s new ‘Mega Pokémon Center’ will open in Ikebukuro. Unfortunately, the previous location will close its doors forever on December 7th. To say goodbye to the center I’ve been frequenting for the last 4 years while living in Tokyo I stopped by this weekend with a friend. Luckily since I bought stuff I was able to participate in the decoration of a Mega Charizard which will be put up in the new location when it opens. It is colored entirely by small stickers placed by fans, and Charmander, Charmeleon, and Charizard were already finished.

Made a quick video as well of what I picked up so enjoy 🙂

  11. Haven’t been on a bit xD hello everybody! 😀 I finally got the game the 27th and been so focused on it ;~; I’ve explored every corner and spot I can and once beating the game, I know for certain I’ll start from Little Root again to make sure I didn’t miss anything xD

      • Thank you! 😀 I have to agree with you there, every cut scene shown as well as all the details are stunning, and don’t forget the storyline.Not a bad start :O I just beat the 7th gym last night and been exploring the sea :3 Definitely! I’m sure the rest of the game will be just as awesome 😀

    • That’s a bit tough since both are great dogs, it really boils down to preference for your mom and which personality she prefers. In general both can be very sweet, depending on how they were treated and raised.Just make sure to look up what you need for each breed and go from there.I vote pug myself :3 had one once and he was so cute ;~; hope your mom enjoys her new puppy once she has it! 😀

    • Another sad note for me today was sending 4 of the 7 puppies we had to the animal canter where they can be adopted. If only you were from Jacksonville, you could go home with those precious babies. They’re bulldog/pitbull/staffershire terrier mixes.

        • Some loose stud got my dog pregnated. 69 days later bada-boom puppies. Two months and two days later (now), we sent four away to get adopted. They need homes and it’s getting too expensive to care for 9 dogs (1 Yorkie, 1 Bull Mastiff-Staffershire Terrier mix, and the mix’s pups)

          We’re three a little bit longer as they are each one other family member’s favorite.

        • Me, my dad and my brother want a dog.
          But, since my mom’s the one who makes all the decisions. I can only get a dog when I go to college.
          (I can only get a girlfriend when I go to college too….)

  17. Hiii, I’m back! I actually thought I had much more to do, but nah. Plus, I’m just about finished with all my exams (yay!), except my online class is throwing another online exam, but I can’t access it until tomorrow. -_-

    One more exam and an event to show off the web pages me and my group did and I’m done for 2014! 😀

    Extra Note: I saw one of the community kittens we (my family) take care of dead this morning and was eaten quickly by buzzards before I could even bury her. Nothing remained behind. It all happened so fast, though I did not see when she got hit though. Rest in peace, Lil’ Coco. :'(

      • It’s my baby sister’s favorite. We took care of the four kitttens since April 25th this year, when they were born. Lil’ Coco was a grey American Shorthair while her siblings and parents are brown American Shorthairs. She was the kitten I saved as an infant because she was struggling to breathe and nurse. I’m no veterinarian, but I rinsed her off and supported her head while rubbing my finger in circles around her belly and neck. Somehow it worked, and I placed her on the mom’s teat, the cat which her and her brother was taken care of by us since they were young cats that I found one day.

          • This is a secret that I’ll keep with my ma to the grave. Or at least until she turns 18. It’ll break her heart for her to hear that her favorite kitty got smushed and eaten. How would you tell a 10-year-old that their favorite stray animal was killed and devoured?

            Trick question: you don’t.

      • Ever see a cat’s corpse vanich into nothing in under 10 minutes? I couldn’t bear to watch them eat her, I went back inside. It’s like seeing a horde of Mandibuzz swarming a ran-over Skitty and pretty much pulling it apart and swallowing everything, even bone.
