The day you’ve all been waiting for is finally here! (Aside from those of us who have to wait just a little longer.) The first stage of the release for Pokémon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire starts today, fans in the US, Japan and Australia can finally get their hands on the game after years of wishful hoping, and months of anticipation. Trainers in Europe can expect to get their mitts on the games when they release on November 28.
For those of you who have already picked up the game, we hope you are enjoying it! In this article we invite all of our readers, whether old or new to join in and discuss the games. What starter Pokémon will you/have you chosen? What are you most looking forward to in the games? How are you celebrating the release (outside of playing the games, obviously!)

Because you are not its original trainer- it will not obey until you get your first badge which will tame it until Lvl: 20 and then it goes up in 10’s per badge.

I have a very large patience. I hunted shiny hawlucha for 4 months straight.
I’m only going for a shiny Mudkip for an hour so I can at least play the game but not because I’m giving up because I literally would SR for it
Same here, didn’t bother trying to SR for a shiny Mudkip b/c I’m going to hunt for mostly all my shinies in OR :3
Planning on doing at least Treeko, Numel, and the 2 of the starter pokemon (1 in OR, the other in AS), and some legendaries

There’s one on Dewford, the old rod.
Well in RS, you could get the Old Rod in Dewford, in a house next to the gym
