The day you’ve all been waiting for is finally here! (Aside from those of us who have to wait just a little longer.) The first stage of the release for Pokémon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire starts today, fans in the US, Japan and Australia can finally get their hands on the game after years of wishful hoping, and months of anticipation. Trainers in Europe can expect to get their mitts on the games when they release on November 28.
For those of you who have already picked up the game, we hope you are enjoying it! In this article we invite all of our readers, whether old or new to join in and discuss the games. What starter Pokémon will you/have you chosen? What are you most looking forward to in the games? How are you celebrating the release (outside of playing the games, obviously!)

Well, I’ve beaten the game for the first time now (with my crap team lol).
It was great.
So I’m thinking of doing a living dex in Alpha sapphire. Anyone else planning to do this? Also, with the secret base trainer that’s supposed to have 5 lv 100 Blisseys, I’ve only been able to have the trainer use lv 50 Blisseys. Anyone else had this problem?

I have a living dex as well, minus Yveltal and some event legendaries (which aren’t required). Perhaps I could help with a few tips to get you started.
1). If you have prior gen games, you can definitely use those to speed the process along.
2). I found Wonder Trade to be a very useful option as I put mine together (which I did in X).
3). Remember that your fellow Junglers are always here to help you! =)
I mean it can’t be harder then completing the dex, right? I did that with X, so that’s a start.
Why does it take so long to connect to PSS in ORAS, what the absolute fuck. The icons all load, I’m obviously online, what the hell does it continue saying connecting to Internet for, it leaves me unable to do anything for up to 5 minutes, it’s insane
I find it funny that Pokemon that are transfered from R/S/E to XY are said to come from Hoenn. However, Pokemon transferred from ORAS to XY are said to come from a faraway place.
because, technically, they ARE from Hoenn
I thought it was confirmed on the delta episode that ORAS hoenn is a different dimension from R/S/E Hoenn

I actually just saw one amazing idea.
Pokemon delta emerald is split into two games
one, you start in hoenn and travel to kalos
one, you start in kalos and travel to hoenn.
and your rival is the hero from the opposite region.
Quite a neat idea.
That statement talking about Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. They next game is going to be about Kalos for sure. I would love to see all the OR/AS changes in X/Y to make the game better. I’m quite sour to the idea of having another game in Hoenn; rather see Kalos with OR/AS improvements.
But they basically just said they weren’t doing pokemon Z, they said they’re going to start breaking patterns.

Delta Emerald would bore me. They should have used the Delta Episode in the story. If they are going to break traditional. They should make a prequel or another sequel.
Exactly, people want delta emerald to follow kalos and hoenn, to be a sequel.
I don’t see the point in remaking hoenn and then directly after making a sequel to it. Why not just make the sequel to begin with? I could see them basing Z or X2Y2 in a new region and postgame you come back to Hoenn or Kalos
because of the amount of mixing between kalos and hoenn.
