Good news for future Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire owners! The Eon Ticket which allows access to Southern Island, and subsequently the chance to catch Latios or Latias, will be able to be shared to other 3DS users via the 3DS’s StreetPass feature. This allows those who are unable to get a code or download will be able to through friends or strangers that did. The code doesn’t expire.
How the Eon Ticket will first be distributed has yet to be announced for English fans, although there will be codes for Japanese gamers in a CoroCoro publication.

I think this is a great concept and i hope it returns for future events. I know that there are a lot of fans who might try to get an event and then out of the blue, something really important comes up.

But seriously. It is sometimes a huge problem for me.
I too know how that felt.
For a long time, I was very shy.
I couldn’t take it anymore.
So I got over it during the summer.
I’ve become more bold and confident everyday.
Remember, that we are not born timid. Shyness is not of us. We are called to do great and powerful things. One of the many things I learned about overcoming shyness, is that don’t be frightened about what others think. Do what you feel is right.
It’s how I am, and it’s hard to kill bad habits.
Besides, it’s a main component of being an Aspie. We do not understand society well, and social anxiety is a common thing.
There are exceptions. Some are born timid and shy because of it.
I don’t care what people think. I do what is right. But social anxiety is a thoughtless, wordless, overwhelming feeling of anxiety at the thought of talking to strangers. You still feel like when you’re starting to talk to someone. When you get used to it, it goes away. But, in normal circumstances, it’s there and it’s hard to overcome.
If I had to, I would get it alone. I’m not far from a Gamestop. If my bff wasn’t available, I would step up. But since she wasn’t, it benefited both me and her. If I can find ways around it so I don’ feel anxious, I will.
That is something I did not know about. Thank you for sharing. Sometimes, we can’t do things on our own, or we can, but the reward will feel useless. It is good that you went with a friend to Gamestop. Whatever you feel is right, do it. If you really are shy, and you feel that you cannot break through it, then don’t be afraid of it. Embrace your shyness. Everything in life should be seen with new lens. See evrythings in a positive point of view. If you’re shy, you’re shy. I’m not going to change that. But don’t fear it any longer. It actually may act as gift that warns you if something bad will happen. I don’t know. All I’m saying, is don’t lose sight of who you are. Don’t let anyone say say otherwise. You know yourself more than anyone else on this Earth. I myself, am learning who I am. And I will do whatever is necessary to not lose sight of that. If I have to stop talking to a friend on the phone because that friend reminds me of who I was long ago, then so be it. Look to the future, and focus on the present.

I’m not sure I like the idea of them giving the tickets out in such a retrained and controlled way……..Just seems like a hassle. I mean how long will it take for the ticket code to make it’s way all across the country?

No, this is wrong. To my knowledge, eon ticket allows you to soar in Hoenn right, which is a very big feauture and should be available to everyone who buy their games. If anyone couldn’t be able to get code, because of their location, that would be really despairing.
No. The Eon Flute allows you to soar around Hoenn. The Eon Ticket allows you to find Latias (OR) and Latios (AS) in the games.

Currently; no! I believe it’s only with the Latios/as. Which is a bit of a deal breaker. The overworld looks nice! At least they have a unexpiring code!

I’ve never had the Eon Ticket in Emerald. In fact, I’ve never had a single event in Emerald because by the time I had Emerald, Diamond and Pearl were about to come out. 🙁
