Base Stats for New Mega Evolutions Allegedly Posted with Hoopa Form Change

Bond697, Slashmolder, Kaphotics, and SciresM from Project Pokémon have posted stats for the new Mega Evolutions in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. Take these with a grain of salt, but based on their track record with X/Y ROM information they are plausible. They have also posted a what is supposedly a form change for Hoopa.

  1. Am I the only one not looking at power but speed.

Max Speed Mega Sceptile can outspeed everything that’s Base 80 at +1.

This makes it a good revenge killer of Adamant Gyarados, DD Tyranitar, Scarfed Chandelure, Noivern and Greninja and pretty much every Bulky Water in UU will fear this thing.

    252+ SpA Sceptile Leaf Storm vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Milotic: 312-368 (79.1 – 93.4%) — 37.5% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock

Pair with Darmanitan who fears only Bulky Waters and Rock Types and you have quite a nice offensive Core.

  2. I would honestly do adamant beedrill tho. Not many pokemon have 145 so I think max attack and max speed will work perfectly while being stronger than it is faster

  5. *I don’t think anyone really cares for spoilers now, even if minor…anyways the following may contain spoilers you do not wish to see… so avert your eyes! (too lazy to make a spoiler)*
Seeing that the supposed new “frontier brains” (or whatever the battle resort peoples are called) pokemon have ivs of 20 each, the same amount as end-game Wally & your rivals’ pokemon, or lower dissapoints me :c (the E4 have 25 per pokemon & Steven has 30 per pokemon)
