Two new GameStop distributions have been announced for the United States. They coincide with the release of the new TCG expansion, Phantom Forces, and the lead-up to Pokémon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire. I’m sure there are a lot of fans celebrating that we finally get these events 😀 If someone picks up an extra codes for me, uh, that’d be awesome.
- Shiny Gengar holding Gengarite will be distributed from October 13 – 26 via code card
- Diancie will be available October 27 – November 16 via code card
UPD: They have also been announced for the UK, with GAME being the participating retailer. The promotion will run from October 15th until November 5th for the Gengar and November 6th until November 28th (ORAS release date) for Diancie. Other countries like France, Belgium, Germany,… will have it too at the equally scummy equivalent of Gamestop.

I haven’t been posting lately because I’ve been busy with school and the play that I’m in, but I still come to look at what you awesome people have to say and honestly I’ve seen a lot of arguing so maybe that’s another reason why I’ve been laying low because I hate the confrontation. There is so much I want, but only so much I can get until Christmas, and I hate getting games late cause most others buy them early on while I have to wait until Xmas 🙁
When I bought my first game, Crystal, it was like $15. When my mom bought me Sapphire, it was about $25. My uncle bought me Diamond for about $30, and my dad bought me SS for $35. I bought X for $40. Prices have gone up tremendously.
Well games must’ve increased by $5 when going from Game Boy to DS, and I remember Diamond being 30 and HGSS being $35 cause they can just sap money like that, then 3DS games went up by $5 again.
It’s either A) Companies mooching off customers, or B) inflation. Probably both, however I feel like they took advantage of HGSS just because of the Pokewalker….

It’s the best and only large name video game retailer in a few countries, and I think people just overstate the asking to buy games. It’s annoying, yes, but it’s what the Head Office tells them to do.

The only time I’ve had a bad experience there is because some douche in front of me trading in literally every game, console, accessory, etc., and by the time he was done, the cashier was kinda annoyed, the guy ahead of me was a prick to him.

(I personally think that the Xerneas/Yveltal event will happen because in HGSS they used the most recent movie as an event, which at the time was Arceus and the Jewel of Life.)
I think that the cosplay pikachus wont be able to be transferable to gen 7. which would suck.
I’m willing to bet AZ’s floette will serve as this gen’s spike eared pichu.
The difference though is that we’ll be able to trade it to future gens cause its technically a different Pokemon due to new stats. Pichu was just a sprite change.

I believe that the two new moves will be some kind of either dual-typed moves (Flying Press) or moves that can additionally be super-effective to another type (Freeze Dry is Ice-type SE-ing Water-types, which are normally NVE)
The Primal Groudon’s new move may be either Fire, Ground, or a combo of the two, or even be strong against Water-types (aiding Groudon’s STAB)
The Primal Kyogre’s new move may just still be Water, or could also be super-effective against a type that currently exists; which would be kind of stupid since Water-type moves will surely do massive damage on a GROUND/FIRE Primal Groudon. So, Still plain Water-type, but just stronger and cool to look at.
