if you deleted them out of your friends and their safari is still in your game, as well as pss icon, then insert your cartridge into a different 3DS and it will permamently remove them.

Apparently people can have Shinies in Random Battles on Showdown. In battle, it was shiny. On the replay, the back view of the model was not.
