Mega Audino has now officially be revealed, although fans already got to see it when the Korean site uploaded information on it several days ago. There is a new trailer for it as well, which can be seen above. A page on the official Pokémon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire site has also been added.
Mega Audino has increased Defense and Special Defense, as well as the ability to learn a new attack: Misty Terrain.

Nowhere does that say that Pokemon need mega stones to mega evolve in contests.
Further more, Feebas evolves through contests by maxing out beauty. It is THE only Pokemon to evolve via beauty which is specifically tied to contests.
Say the Feebas has maxed beauty and evolves, enter it in a contest and max out the excite meter, and BOOM. Surprise, surprise. Mega Milotic.
X and Y had hidden megas like Tyranitar and Aggron, so it’s totally possible that Mega Milotic will not be revealed before the ORAS release. Don’t be butthurt because Milotic is getting a mega. At least Camerupt is getting one.

I don’t think Slowbro will quite be as good as Mega Khan. It only has shell armor after all, nothing special. Plus it is still extremely slow and has not that great special defense.

All the Youtube comments about Mega Audino are starting to get annoying.. It’s not like they wasted a Mega Pokemon slot, they could add as much as they want. All they want are the pokemon they like to receive Megas, which obviously would be getting Megas anyways since they’re fan favourites. -.-

This. It’s such a great mechanic, honestly – not even being biased but there hasn’t been 1 mega that disappointed me.
I get disappointed with where they reveal some of them sometimes lol, but I like all mega’s.
I get most excited about the unexpected ones.
Yes I wanted Megagross but it was pretty much a given. Lopunny and Slowbro however have gotten me so much more excited.
I think they all have potential in their own way, but like I said people have a one dimensional thought process. They only see things as sweepers or walls, but there is so much more to the game.

I have a feeling Junichi Masuda is really pissed and that he didn’t reveal Mega Slowbro because of the leak. Or maybe this was all part of their plan and the reception for Mega Slowbro was so bad that they are redesigning it. Lol. Either way, I wish Mega Audino had more support moves. It would make it a really good assist in Double and Triple battles with that increase in Defense and Special Defense. I don’t think anyone is gonna use it. Such wasted potential. I hope Audino gets new moves in Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire like Lopunny and Shiftry did.

It’s a ton of fun. There’s two different experiences going back and forth the two Wizarding Worlds.
The Gringotts Ride is OMFG HYPE but it breaks down a lot and it usually closes around 7:00PM EST.

I’ve been to the Wizarding World twice but not since the new expansion D: Why must I live so far?! I used to live only an hour and a half away! >.< Is the Gringotts ride like the 3D spider-man ride at universal?
The Gringotts Ride is similar in elements to the Spiderman ride, but it uses rollercoaster elements and actually has some thrilling features to it, not just a projection screen.
For example, the Spiderman ride has a simulated drop, but the Gringotts ride has an actual drop at the beginning of a few stories.
I personally dislike the fact that there are moments when you’re literally staring at a screen, but the ride is great nonetheless.
If you ever go, DO NOT WAIT IN THE REGULAR LINE. Always choose the Single Rider line because the wait times are always under 1 hour, unless you wanna wait 3-7 hours just to stay with your party. 🙂

I could have had one of my Pokemon bust down the door. Shauna does absolutely nothing. The game would have been better if it was just Serena only. She’s the only one who had a proper team and helped out a ton. I think they just added more characters for the whole friendship thing. All Tierno, Trevor and Shauna were just useless.

I kinda miss that sense of adventure we all had in our first games. Non of us knew what was ahead. non of us knew what kind of creatures there were. I remember when I found virizion with out looking! It was awesome! When I first got back into pokemon after playing red version, I was amazed at these cities! It was the best thing ever! This may be blind nostalgia, but I still hope that ORAS has lots of secrets packed into it

The only gen I went into blind was 3rd. It was fun not knowing what everything evolved into. I remember picking one starter than evolving it to see it’s second form than restarting the game and picking another starter doing it again XD I almost went blind into 4th gen but I discovered serebii at that point. Every since than I’ve been spoiled XD
I still have fond memories of getting Soul Silver. I remember I made a deal with my dad that if I scored a goal in my soccer game, he would have to get it for me. Well, I didn’t get a goal but he got it for me anyways XD so glad he did.
If Mega Scrafty got Iron Fist, I can see it replacing A LOT of known Iron Fist users.

Kalos had too much Kanto influence to be it’s own unique region IMO which is what made me enjoy it less. Good game, but HGSS are still way expensive, as opposed to how much X and Y will be once a few years pass.

And Kalos > Johto by far on that.
Looks – because of customization being allowed now. Had it been allowed in HGSS, wouldn’t make a diff.
Designs – Gen 2 had pretty simplistic designs
Gen 6 had some great designs as well but was limited in the amount of Pokemon.
HGSS had walking with Pokemon – X and Y had Pokemon Amie.
Walking > Amie because how cool was it to walk up to a youngster with a Lugia or Groudon and wreck their team.
Plot: X and Y had the better plot. IMO but the supporting characters were kind of throwaway characters with the exception of Serena.
Team Flare > Team Rocket.
You also got to travel from Johto to Kanto.
The region was also better in terms of town designs and such. I prefer the older asian towers such as Bell Sprout tower and the seasons. Yas.

Here are the first FIVE Megas for X2 and Y2. These are all from the Kalos region.
~ Mega Chesnaught will be up first. Its typing will remain Grass/Fighting, and its ability as Bulletproof. The shell on its back will cover the majority of its body like a coat of heavy armor.
~ Mega Greninja will be up next. Its typing will be Water/Dark, with the Protean ability. It will turn slightly darker and its webbed hands turn into small cannons.
~ Mega Delphox will be Fire/Psychic, with the Solar Power ability. It will sport a more wizard-y look, gain a hat, and its tail will turn into a flame, and will turn purple, as well as the flame on its hand torch.
~ Mega Aromatisse is up next, which will be Fairy/Flying. It will grow wings and sport more slender legs. It will appear to be a more fluffy flamingo. :3
~ Mega Pangoro will be Fighting/Dark, and it will hold a piece of bamboo which will be used as its weapon, which also means it’ll get an increase in its Attack stat. Its ability will remain Iron Fist.
Aromatisse should have looked like a hooker tbh

also Delphox should go total Witch with deep dark red and gold fur, the Branch Wand turns into a a Stave (kinda hard with Megalution morphing the stick to a branch)
Aromatisse should go in a different direction and be either be Fairy/Dark or Fairy/Poison to match their grim odors
Pangoro with a Bamboo Bo Staff may sound plausible, but being based on a bancho and not a martial artist its should go all decked out in heavier fur resembling biker jackets and gain Attack and Def.

Here are the Sinnoh Megas for Pokemon X2 and Y2. Afarr has not looked over these so they may be a bit rusty, and also do not feature Abilities. I’m limiting myself to 5 Megas per region just for now, but Unova may get some slack due to the small amount of Megas (one, actually) introduced.
~ Mega Empoleon will be Water/Steel, and the anchor-like formation on its head will actually turn into a trident, as well as a bit of body armor.
~ Mega Infernape will be Fire/Fighting, and its tail will turn into a flame, as well as its fists. It will gain boosted attack because of its fiery fists!
~ Mega Torterra will be Grass/Ground. Its tree will become even larger than before, which will result in a decrease in speed, but an increase in various other stats, such as Attack and Defense. There will be additional steel horn formations on its body, and the tree on top of its body will not be all. A few flowers and plants will appear as well.
~ Mega Luxray will be Electric/Dark, and it will have a thicker mane. Its paws will turn into claws, and its body will appear to have lightning embedded inside of it. This gun camo from Call of Duty is similar to what would appear on Mega Luxray-
~ Mega Weavile will be Ice/Dark. Its tail will turn into icicles, and its red crown will actually turn blue. Similar to Froakie, around its neck will be a sharp ice collar, that can also be used as shurikens.

It depends on where you are. The sunny part is more associated with the southern part like Santa Barbra and Los Angeles. I live in the Northern Coastal Part. I’s been quite warm and sunny lately, but more the most part, it’s pretty cool.
During the autumn, it’ll be more of Groudon/Kyogre weather as well. 😀
That’s one of the reasons why I like Florida here; whenever it’s sunny one day, and a downpour the next, I think of Hoenn. 😀

There are already a handful Pokemon whose megas are seen as usually inferior to their base forms with choice of items…
1. Garchomp
2. Gyarados
…and maybe Tyranitar and Houndoom are just some examples.
Dragonite with Multiscale and choice of Leftovers or Weakness Policy is already too good. Its potential Mega has a lot of work to do before it can top that without holding another item.

You should see “disable requests for special pokemon” or something like that.

I don’t see it playing much differently than the base form although I assumes a bulkier set will pop up with the higher defence and maybe a Special set can be viable with Hyper Voice.

I am using Froslass, so I suppose having a Dragon Move would be redundant, especially since Fairy is immune to it, whereas no type is immune to Ice.
I forgot to consider the chances of getting burned! XD
Although Froslass is special so worry about being Poisoned and then hit with Fire moves.
I was thinking of using Froslass as a mixed attacker though so I could have type coverage with Wake-Up-Slap. Bad idea? 😀

I was looking at the list of branched evolutions, I think it’s possible we may see a Mega Glalie. Kirlia got a Dawn Stone evo, Gardevoir was left lonely and got a mega. Slowpoke got a king’s rock evo, but Slowbro was left lonely and got a mega. Snorunt got a dawn stone mega, and Glalie was left lonely. Might be a tenuous link to make but I think it’s very possible Glalie will get a mega.

What is the secret life of bees about? It was one of the 3 books i could’ve read for summer reading in 9th grade but i chose to read The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time (which i had already read :P)
At night bees turn into humans and lure helpless bystanders into their giant hives to turn them into honey. It’s spooky.
I thought it was a happy book o.o

No. Seriously. The protagonist is a 14 year old boy whose parents recently had a divorce. In his sorrow, he wander the streets a certain night, only to be captured by the demon bees. This book tells the tale of a young boy desperately trying to escape the bees while understanding the importance of life. Also, I’m pulling your leg.
Its about this girl who’s dad is super abusive, so when she was little, her mom tried to leave, the dad attacked her and the mom took out a gun to shoot him, but the girl picked it up and accidentally shot her mom.
This takes place after that (in 1961), when african american rights were still disputed, so her and her african american maid rosaline try to go into town and get food, they get attacked by these white men, and they fight with rosaline, and SHE gets sent to jail, along with the main character.
Then the dad gets the girl, the girl finally stands up for herself to her dad, the dad freaks out on her, the dad leaves to get the maid from jail, the girl runs away and finds rosaline in the hospital, and then they run away with eachother.
and then they find these african american beekeepers who live in the town that her mom grew up in, and they live with them.
The whole book is basically about how she learns about african american culture, and embracing herself as a woman and such, and trying to solve the mysteries left behind about her mom.
Its REALLY good.

I love it to death! While I agree it’s not as good as the original, it is amazing on its own and has its own quirks that I love about it 😀
It’s also a bit darker as well overall, imo. But both series has a dark moments and happy moments 😀
I recommend trying it out at least. (I prefer season 3 the most, but start off with the 1st) and if you feel like it’s not your thing, then don’t watch it further 😀

I want Generation 7 to be a very technologically advanced region. However, the villains despise this technologically advanced society and want to return to the old days of the region, when everyone relied on farming and Pokemon to survive. Now, with all these technological advancements, the society of the said region has become dull.
The theme of Generation 7 should focus on “change” and why it occurs, why it’s important, and how to cope with “change.” The villains are not really villains but a group of people just yearning for what was once a beautiful region with farmlands, Pokemon and human beings in harmony, and etc. No new Mega-evolution(s) should be introduced but Mega Stones and the Pokemon that can utilize them are still present, new ones just haven’t been discovered. This would be a nice transition from Generation 6 and the Pokemon games can finally tackle a topic that it tried to in X and Y… successfully. 😀

One of mine and Afarr’s ideas for Generation 7 is that you were given a choice of gyms to battle.
For example, there are a total of 12 gyms in the so-and-so region, but you get to choose which to battle, and depending on what you choose, the story will change every time (not too big of a change, but still).
I also had the idea of dual-typed Gyms? That’d be a big f*ck you to the trainers because they have to train additional Pokemon, but I still think that’d be cool. And that would most likely call for an extension in Pokemon parties.

As you were talking about a very technologically advanced region, I was thinking about Pokemon Fusion. Come to think of it, accomplishing such a large task definitely requires a lot of laboratory work and futuristic things like that.
If you ever played Pokemon Black and White, you probably remember Black City, and how it’s all Tron-like and seems very advanced. I think that’s similar to what you want to see in future games. 😉

I expect Fusions in Generation 8 though, because that’s when Unova will be remade, and Unova introduced the fusions.

I am Grootowoodo.
The villains are heavily armored and the organization consists of only six females and six males. However, they are EXTREMELY powerful. As you progress through the game, you begin to notice how similar the gym leaders and the villains are. In the end, you find out that the villains are the gym leaders. As gym leaders, they give you wisdom and one even stalks you (A little fanatic moment) and you go through a life changing experience with them all and in the end, you are given a choice by one of the two Legendary Pokemon to either let change occur or let the change that has already occurred grow. However, before you can pick, the gym leaders all come, battle you and upon being victorious, they see that change occurs for a reason and say that you should choose to let the change that has already occurred grow. A flashback begins to play and each gym leader reminisces about THEIR life changing experience with you and how you changed them. The game finishes with a simple yet soul enticing message.

Sometimes I wish the english dub of the pokemon anime was also produced in Japan, and all the japanese voice actors spoke fluent english and were able to voice the english and japanese versions… then ash, max, may, misty, brock and alot of the other charactes wouldn’t have to have their voices changed… at least wobbuffet’s voice is the same

Also in terms of competitive battling, is Primal Groudon better or Primal Kyogre (Ubers tier)? I know that P. Kyogre is 4x effective over P. Groudon but with it having the Fire-type, it can’t be burnt and will not have the attack reduced by burn!
