Continuing from yesterday, a few days ahead of its official street date this month’s issue of CoroCoro has begun leaking online. The issue features new information on Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, including new revelations relating to the game. Don’t forget to check out the first batch of leaks from yesterday HERE.
Pokémon
Characters
- Much like yesterday the images feature new artwork of Hoenn Gym Leaders. Brawly is featured alongside a Makuhita
- Professor Birch is back and will give you your starting Pokémon
- Returning Gym Leaders are also shown with their Pokémon
- Steven is the Champion and Sidney and Phoebe appear to be wearing Mega Evolution items
Story
- The new Pokédex is shown and takes on an appearance that is similar to both the original Hoenn Pokédex and a GameBoy Advance
- The Pokémon Amie feature (or one with the same functions) will make a return to the games
Contests
- Pikachu is shown with different outfits for the Pokémon Contests. The outfits shown are Idol, Doctor, Masked, Madam, and Hard Rocker
- Next month’s CoroCoro will feature more about Contests

its because of those stupid pictures. They take them so closely we can’t see anything except the characters. Then they can’t translate it for us, so we’re left stuck…
I have never understood why leaks are always is such crappy quality.
Not complaining cos we shouldnt really be getting leaks in the first place…but it still irks me. Do people just not bother with good quality cameras….jeez

I’d bet my house that the Hoenn native Pokemon will get altered movesets or learn moves earlier to make them more viable. Similar to what they did in BW2 to pokemon such as Koffing, Mareep etc etc 🙂
Pokemon like Aaron and Trapinch come to mind. Their move sets were so terrible back is RSE that it was really hard to justif using the in the play through
I hope we get trapinch and/or belgon early on I really want to use them
Yeah and if u remember psyduck and golduck in gen 3 they learnt NO water damaging attacks, apart from hydropump and that was at level 50 and 58 :O
I hope they keep similar movesets to what they had in XY. so many of them were extremely hard to use back in Gen 3 bc they couldn’t learn anything good.

My heads spinning with ideas now. Magneton and Nosepass, wouldn’t have any place to evolve back in the day. So im guessing they will use New Mauville as the electric zone for them 🙂

yeah! and, it was a good way to check your exact evs too.
The thing that makes amie and super training different than all the other new additions throughout the gens is that in some way they have an importance and are necessary to the game play. As fun as it was to have a Pokemon follow me I can still play without one doing so.On the other hand amie and super training r necessary for evolution and well….training so I don’t c them dropping them for anything less than just an upgraded version lol

Maybe those are Pikachu’s New Formes, with each forme improving a Stat. Just speculation..
