Nintendo’s Digital E3 was broadcast earlier today and with it the company has shared a handful of details relating to new Pokémon games. Below you can find our coverage of the news, expect more throughout the day with in depth coverage just around the corner!
Pokémon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire
And full trailer has been shown for Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, showing Hoenn completely remade with 3D environments. Launching worldwide on November 21 in the US and November 28 in Europe!
In Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, Kyogre and Groudon are able undergo a process known as Primal Reversion. This allows the two Pokémon to revert into Primal Kyogre and Primal Groudon, and allows them to draw back power from nature and gain an even larger power boost. When undergoing Primal Reversion, Kyogre receives a boost to its Special Attack stat whilst Groudon become Ground/Fire type and gains a boosted Attack stat. Both Pokémon also seem to gain a boost to their abilities, although it’s not possible to confirm this yet.
Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire will bring players even closer to discovering the secrets behind Mega Evolution, with players seeking out Pokémon capable of Mega Evolving and unlocking their incredible potential. More Mega Stones are said to be hidden across the Hoenn region. It also appears that there may be a link between Mega Evolution and Primal Reversion.

Got a feeling Primal Rayquaza may get an extra set of wings
Can you imagine if it gets Aerilate ability. Turns normal moves into Flying (STAB) and adds a 30% boost to them.

Damn, that’s broken! Another possibility would be an ability that cancels out all field moves (entry hazards included) plus any weather effect or attempt to set up weather
I would much prefer that. Entry hazards are annoying, so like an enhanced Air Lock would be dope.
Especially since Groudon and Kyogre’s abilities are getting a hinted boost, this should be an appropriate counter and bring balance to the whole story. Plus, imagine dat heavenly descent!

ok but consider this, sceptile has been around since gen 3 right? so far (besides pikachu and jiggly) only greninja, charizard (poke trainer), mewtwo, pichu and lucario have been stand alone pokemon characters, All those characters are really popular and fan favorites yet only lucario has returned and im pretty sure mewtwo is more popular.

and how come they had no problem with introducing pacman before the other veterans, pacman, not at all nintendo related.

there are more ways to promote a game then just throwing in starters all the time, the only time there was g/w/f was in brawl and it was one character. and if you dont think anything i said makes sense then you are just shrouded for your like of 3rd gen all my point was is sceptile does not have a high possibility of being in this game

It’s reason to believe that two more blank spots will be taken by Rayquaza, and then its Devolution…..
