Well, my Rotom is sort of a troll set.. T. Wave, Confuse Ray, Air Slash and T.bolt. Since I couldn’t paralyze him, I went for confuse ray (cuz screw it, why not). He hit himself, then I spammed Air Slash. He did break through the fuse flinching once but missed Stone Edge cuz it’s not really the most accurate move.. And besides, my Rotom was holding Brightpowder xD so yeah, did this till he fainted xD

Last night I finally managed to get my 6IV shiny lunatone from platinum on to XY.
So this kid on serebii-chat was seriously teasing me… With petty remarks like ” who would ever use a lunatone competitively?” .. “why 31IV’s in attack? I could foul play that thing and kill it with 1 hit”… Any lame insult about lunatone you could think of, he said it. So I told him “All I’m gonna say is put your money where your mouth is and battle me, but I know you’re going to rage quit once Luna sweeps you”. He replied with “come on you dumb ass noob lets see it”
5 minutes later… Baton passed geomancy into Lunatone. Ancient Power 1KO’d his Mega Charizard Y, Moon Blast 1KO’d his Garchomp, and just went I 1KO’d his Sylveon with Psyshock, ohhh what do you know… a rage quit and disconnected from that chat. Just thought I’d share this with you guys lol. I love trash talkers. Not everyone has to run a talonflame to be relevant competitively.

This morning I swept a team with Bellydrum/Extremespeed Linoone. My buddy help me transfer all of these oldies & goodies from Platinum all the way to XY. Enjoying battling even more.

Lunatone can already Moon Blast. That’s how I 1KO’d Garchomp with it haha. But I do agree. Lunatone should get a Rock/Fairy mega (it’d outclass Diancie to be honest), and Solrock should get a Rock/Fire mega so all his fire moves have stab.
I know…But more pokemon should learn moon blast :/ ( I’m looking at you Delphox)
Hell yes. Definitely Delphox. Lunatone & Altaria are the only 2 Pokemon that can learn Moon Blast without being fairy, so I hope this is a sign for a Dragon/Fairy mega and Rock/Fairy mega lol
after geomancy baton pass the only thing that can stop you is paraflinch hax. good to know that you teach him a lesson
Thanks =) and I have Xatu with me, so if I see Togekiss on a team I pass the geomancy into Xatu and I can magic bounce any parahaxing =D and proceed to sweep. With reflect up Xatu survives Shadow Sneak from Aegislash and 1KO’s it with Heat Wave =D After a Geomancy sometimes I 1KO Psyshock Togekiss

Well like you said.. if I had HP fire it would 1KO your Scizor after a Geomancy. I ALWAYS survive a Bullet Punch with a reflect up.

The last 2 moves depend on how u want to support your team really. Smeargle can work so many diff ways.

I’m facepalming over the fact that I didn’t know Lunatone could learn Moonblast. In October and November, no website said anything about it’s learning that move. I always thought that the only change to its movepool was adding Confide to it.

I have one nickname planned out 😛 my Aggron’s nickname.
Planning out your team six months in advance seems… weird. It’s like planning your marriage with a girl you just met a bar, it’s not going work like you expect.
There are only two team members I’m kinda hoping are allowed to be in omega ruby, and they are gallade and dusknoir
It’s even more difficult to plan teams when a new generation is about to begin. Good thing we got XY out of the way. 🙂
