  1. Well then, I guess I will spend more time here. I don’t know why but being called a mini mod is annoying because I don’t understand how I act like that but whatever

      • I don’t know about that. Tbh yes the PJ crew gets the respect but idk I feel like in a way mini mod is a way of saying you are annoying and shouldn’t be telling us not to behave in the inappropriate way we always do

      • See I go by rules to. I don’t know what happened to the little rules extension on the name in the chat but I remember it saying no treating others negatively and no innapropriate behavior and I personally don’t like the behavior bu I get told not to enforce rules because I have no authority. But IMO being someone who goes there I definitely have the right to say that it bothers me

  2. I have learned a valuable lesson. When typing fast, ALWAYS read what you wrote. You may make a typo and regret it.

  3. This episode from the Hoenn anime I just watched is so weird. Something about baltoy and time traveling and a creepy song. xP

  4. Okay, how is Camerupt the best pokemon to battle ludiocolo!? Does x4 weakness to water not mean anything to the anime?

    • They truly just ignore types when they want to. 🙂

What they didn’t ignore for the sake of storytelling, was that Camerupt was a fire-type and Ludicolo was a grass-type. Heh heh heh.

      • Exactly. I mean the other options for this midshow question were mightyena and duskull and I was thinking that none of them were that great of options..

      • It’s like how Ash used his Cyndaquil and Flint used his Infernape against Jasmine’s Steelix, but no one acknowledges that Steelix is also part Ground.

  5. You know what would be awesome? If for the contest in Hoenn they decided to make them more like the anime and you could have really cool battle move combos! That would be awesome but I’m not sure how they’d pull it off

    • At worst, it took two turns to do any “combos” before (like using a move to go first, then another move that is more effective when you’re first) though you could be interrupted by other players.

    • I only really like professors Juniper and Oak. Elm sucks and is a terrible professor, don’t remember Birch doing much either, Rowan was just never my favorite and I don’t really care for Sycamore. Overall I’d say Oak is the best and then Juniper just because.

    • He’s the original “Are you a boy or a girl.” I never understood why Oak was always used for that.

  6. When Morimoto says they’re changing the battle environment in ORAS, what if that means move combinations in battle? Like the pledge moves, but instead of having two pokemon for it, it can be done with one.

    • If they were referring to move combo’s or tutors, I think they would’ve said they expect the battle scene to change, but he said environment. If he’s not referring to battling underwater (cause of the Dive HM), then maybe it’s something new like interact-able objects.

Not sure if you noticed, but in XY, if you stick around in a cave long enough, sometimes in the background of a horde you’ll notice a huge rock that stands out. If you use a wide attacking move like Surf/Earthquake to kill all 5 poke’s, it breaks the rock in the background finding a rare item. I found Luminous Moss this way.

Another thing he might have meant is the crappy online environment (the green digital stadium with the fake audience lol). Maybe they plan to change that to something cool looking.

      • When you say environment it could mean different things. But although I’m sure it will be the backgrounds of the battles, environment: 1 : the circumstances, objects, or conditions by which one is surrounded. Circumstances: a fact or condition connected with or relevant to an event or actions. Environment could mean different things.

I did notice those things. I found like four thunderstones while EV training off of Wingull and then a damp rock in a cave.

      • Yes! The battle environment change can refer to interactable object in the battle scene that are triggered by certain moves or combos. Rocks could fall in a cave, damaging both players, trees might drop fruit with recovery effects, etc… That would be Awesome
