Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire Announced

by

Pokémon has just announced that Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire will be released in November 2014 for the Nintendo 3DS. Not much more is known. Below is what the official site posted in their announcement:

Announcing Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire for the Nintendo 3DS family of systems! Prepare for an epic adventure exploring a world filled with Pokémon!

Pokémon fans first enjoyed Pokémon Ruby Version and Pokémon Sapphire Version when it launched in 2003 for the Game Boy Advance. Now, a whole new generation of Pokémon fans will experience the dramatic storyline that unfolds in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire.

Look forward to Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire when the games launch worldwide in November 2014!

These games will be released in November world wide as confirmed by the Japanese announcement. The Japanese mini-site is kind of cool, by the way.

<3 PJ

ps- Personally I cannot be more excited about these games. I don’t know what a heart attack feels like, but I think I had one when I saw these announced.

    • My name is johnson felix really want to share my testimony on how i became an Illuminati member, through my friend. i was moving with my friend for more than 10 years and he have been getting rich everyday and even giving me money but he never told me the secret of his success until a day i was frustrated to let him know that he should help me also that was when he open up to me and tell me that he was a member of the Illuminati that he have been in the court for more than 10 years that his riches and protection came from this court.so i told him to let me be into the court but it not an easy task to be a member but i was finally initiated into the devil church of the Illuminati and i was confirm in there church. after a month of being a member of Illuminati i got promotion that same month in my working place and within a year i was promoted thrice in my working place to the extend of being a managing Director i never know how to thank this church of Illuminati and today am rich as my friend also, and also the one that surprise me most was that i got an accident with my new car and the car was right off but i still survive the accident and nothing happen to me i really thank you people Illuminati. so i just want to share to the world that this is real and it have help me and work for me so if you want to become a member i can lead you into the court of richness and you will never be poor again, know that it only a member in the Illuminati that can initiate you into the church of illumination they do not contact directly because they are fake Illuminati all over the world, this is my email [email protected] they will tell you how to join,or call +2347059014517

  14. HAH!! And all the naysayers were like “smealum would’ve discovered new mega stones if they were coming” WRONG! I knew they would do a patch update to XY to make them compatible with future 6th gen mega stones. HECK YES. Put that in your pipe and shmoke it.

Argh I can’t wait for diving in 3D, there is like so much things to discuss lol

  19. I hope they improve the graphics engine. Sometimes the X/Y battle scenes can be a bit ‘jittery.’

    Back to Hoenn!
Will they Mega the starters? Another split mega like Mewtwo and Char? Obtain other region starter like X/Y? Add a Fairy gym? Give us back Dive? New battle mechanic?

    P.S.
I want to see the Emerald scene where Rayquaza comes down from the sky to fight Kyogre and Groudon in 3D!!!!! Make that happen!!!

    • My guesses are defo mega sceptile and swampert, the respective mega stone given relatively close to the start of the game eg mauwile city or dewford city ( by Steven stone )

Gyms will stay the same. Dive will return will gorgeous new visuals. And will play a big role in the late game.

We will get an epic 3d rayquaza decent scene. Groudon and kyogre will also look gorgeous.

  21. These are definitely mega Kyogre and Groudon. It all makes sense, considering that they appeared along with rayquaza on that trademark list from before X and y.

  22. What do you think about my theory? These games could be both prequel and sequel XD Alpha sapphire(prequel) and omega ruby( sequel)!Like the beginning(alpha) and the ending(omega) Will be interesting

    • Interesting concept! One game is set three years after the other and you see the differences the first character brought to the region.

      • They can be different! In x and y the both games stories were identical -.- If I buy them both I can play 2 different stories
