A new promotion has been announced for Japanese Pokémon Centers. 6 level 50 Pokémon with Mega Evolutions will be given out from May to June. Below are the details:

I use the biggest one, impish natured. will-o-wisp/leech seed are a must, but you can use the last two moves as filler.

There’s just certain things that Game freak does with pokemon that irks my nerves ._.
Like Gyrados for example. Magikarp and Gyrados is based off the legend of a koi fish jumping into or over a warerfall ( I forget lel) and the koi fish becomes a Dragon. BUT! Gyrados is a water/FLYING type! And the only Flying move it knows is bounce. -_- Game freak had chance to fix it by making gyrados mega part dragon BUT NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO they made it dark for some unknown reason .-. * pulls hair out*
That is because in gen 1 the only dragon move was dragon move was dragon rage which meant it only had no weakness and they didn’t want that

As for why Mega Gyarados is Water/Dark, I believe it’s because Gyarados is the Atrocious Pokeémon.
And then proceed to leave it with Bite as it’s strongest dark type attack….Trollfreak went above and beyond on this one.

Dragonite and magikarp both have the whiskers and similars theory to the koi legend
And gyrados and dragonair have similar coloring and body pattern for both have a serpentine like body
