You find a relic that has been buried for years and you discover the Prototype Pokemon.
This will work similarly to the Fossils, you will need to go to a lab and retrieve your Pokemon, I guess.
Since Prototype Pokemon are older, a relic is my idea for getting a Prototype Pokemon.
to expand on this there should be something called proto-discs they contain data of ancient pokemon that dissapeared from the hardrive. Then there could be a device called the protozizer or an installiation device in a lab that brings them to live aka to the game

I was reading a book where C60 (Carbon 60) was introduced, and some long lost civilization etched messages into the crystal’s structure.
One of the things they did was etch genetic codes of plants and animals into them; through this, later civilizations could theoretically “revive” life by deciphering the code and constructing the Dna (or something along those lines)

Pollution, Preservation and Purification?
The only problem with this is that the Purification Pokemon is gonna be Fairy/Grass typed .-. The Pollution is Ground/Poison

There are however pokemon who got caught in a ripple of time and became Proto Crystals hidden deep within the new soil. Using the Protizer or ( insert name here) you can decpiher the hidden DNA strutures to form a new type of pokemon : Prototype Pokemon!
Involving Diancie into the plot. The Princess of Diamond mine crystallized certain pokemon species in order to preserve the species when the whole events of the Xerneas and Yveltal life and death machines happened.
hmm or combining dicie’s idea of the fairy dragon, it could be the third main legendary and IT preserved species due to an acient war of pollution and the other thing

No. You kind of gotta keep track or estimate.
You can save, use a Reset bag, see the numbers, then reset the game.

If you save and use the reset bag in super training, it’ll tell you how much you have, and you can just turn it off to before it reset all the ev’s. No way other than that I believe.

Not extremely dark cause it’s still a Pokemon game.xD there can of course be SOME dark elements. An example, Pokemon Reborn had some guys basically abusing a pokemon in a corner and you battle them, the pokemon joins your team.

Sorry, if I’ve asked this before but what is JJ’s story so far?
Not too much info on the story. Just know that you’re a young Boy/Girl who lives in Contempo Town and you are embarking on an adventure. Contempo Town is a town surrounded by a Forrest. The first route starts off forested and the trees start to dwindle along the way and the first town is a big city called Meteoris City. The theme of the legendaries is Pollution vs Purification. Two evil teams, Eda and Flora.
I think I remember something about Jirachi and the player almost dying or something. I think Dicie wrote it.

Got it. Maybe something like Chikorita + Proto-Crystal. You use the Protizer. Chikorita is removed from your party and replaced with Happa. As for the other ones, it can be similar to the Odd egg in crystal. You use the Protizer and the pokemon you get is random from the proto-mon.

Tendrill- a pokemon created due to Team Eda’s pollution in forests. Tendrill will disguise itself as a tree and when it sees it’s prey the tentacles around it’s arms will lash out, grab the prey and eat them whole. I don’t have the design for this thing done yet but this is what I think it’s dex entry would be.
