Once again, Japan spoiled us that one of our lucky protagonists will catch a Hawlucha. The trailer with Mawile’s Reappearance kinda hinted at that though, but still.
Cocoon of Destruction…Yveltal is a big part of the movie…Apparent Mega Yveltal (as opposed to Mega Xerneas – wouldn’t that have been a better way to trick people into thinking it’s Mega Absol or vise-versa?)

I have never been more hype to see a Pokemon movie ever. If any of those 3 legends receive a Mega in the movie it’ll be THEE ultimate plot twist.

Zygarde wasn’t the Mortality Trio Master the whole time. It’s just a legendary that can reverse Aura Abilities. I mean, who’s to say that Fairy Aura and Dark Aura will be the only Aura Abilities in existence?

I really can’t wait to see this movie now. Everyone expected a movie where Zygarde stops the two eco destroyers but now its Diancie doing it, how can little old diancie stop yveltal/xernieas (bymegaevolvingcoughcough)
It’s still possible that she could be charging up Diamond Storm. But the thought of her Mega Evolving sounds cooler.
And that picture evidence tho! Other than Absol having 6 blue stripes and Diancie having 5 pink ones, they are doing the same kind of thing.
I just think it doesn’t make sense. Like I said, it’s probably just charging up a move. The only legendary I see getting a mega is Zygarde, especially because of its stats.
I know this might sound really dogmatic (just learned that word in school XD) but I cannot see how, with the picture evidence, it couldn’t be Yveltal Mega-evolving. I am willing to take the blow if I’m wrong though.

Sometimes, I wish Yveltal wasn’t a mascot legendary so I could’ve used it on my team, but alas, it was too powerful.
If you’re playing by smogon rules, I don’t even think Yveltal is Uber. And if it is, it shouldn’t be. Extremely limited movepool, and has so many weaknesses.

I use legends regardless if they look or seem to powerful, they’re pretty much the same as mega evolutions. More recently I’ve been using Zygarde (which isn’t even OU, its like NU or something) and its amazing. I dunno why everyone says it sucks.
I play by story rules (no legendaries above 600 BST). Nice one!

Isn’t Diancie the cause of mega evolutions anyway? It’ll make sense for it to be able to mega evolve without a trainers bond.. The jewel it is based off of is Morganite (which happens to be in the same family as Emerald). All the mega stones end with “ite”, or “nite” just like “Morganite”).
