The latest CoroCoro issue has revealed details about the upcoming Diancie giveaway at theaters across Japan. Moviegoers seeing Diance and the Cocoon of Destruction will be able to download the legendary Pokémon to their Pokémon X or Y games. It will have the moves Diamond Storm, Reflect, Return, and Moonblast, be at level 50, and have a Normal Gem.

Volcanion gets Water Absorb
Hoopa gets Magician
and 3 new moves have been discovered.
“Hold Hands” is an event move similar to “Celebrate” and “Happy Hour”…
And two more new moves that are possibly related to Zygarde.
Thousand Arrows, Ground-type, Physical, Power: 90, Accuracy: 100, PP: 10
This move also hits opposing Pokemon that are in the air. Those Pokemon are knocked down to the ground.
Thousand Waves, Ground-type, Physical, Power: 90, Accuracy: 100, PP: 10
The user attacks with a wave that crawls along the ground. Those hit can’t flee from battle.
Sounds cool. But those moves sound like something from Yu-gi-oh.

I think these moves only further confirm it’s new Mega. I just want to know how to they plan to introduce these moves. Through a cherish ball event zygarde, or did they just code them in the game to have them for next one(s).

could be forms too. One form gets Thousand Arrows, one form gets Thousand Waves. I’m still going with Mega though lol.
i actually quite like them. A ground move that hits fliers is what i wanted from Lands Wrath. Also I really like Volcanions stat distribution and ability (storm drain could have been better).
Land’s Wrath, Thousand Arms, and Thousand Waves all have 90 BP. Why give it three 90 BP physical ground moves lol, they have to be planning something REALLY big for Zygarde. I hope Land’s Wrath gets some additional effects in the future.
And I like that Volcanion gets Water Absorb 🙂 Storm Drain would have been better, but their both amazing.
Yep. Volcanion is the new Heatran. I think Steam Eruption is my new favourite move. A Hydro Pump and Scald in one, with better accuracy….yes please.

Any ball mon is tradable, because like I said the next game(s) will reintroduce the apricorn balls so we can catch gen 6 and hidden ability mons in them.

Because the game allows you to trade a hacked mon like a Moon Ball Noibat to anyone and doesn’t block you from doing so.
And if they give us the 1st ever Pokemon prequels (300-3000 years ago) before Pokeball’s existed, trainers used to catch Pokemon with apricorns (as confirmed by an NPC in Azalea)

If Zygarde does get Thousand Arrows, it’s no longer walled by Skarmory. Damn that thing is going to be crazy scary
I still think Zygarde’s mega/form change ability will work like an inverse battle, where dragon SE against Xerneas, and ground SE against Yveltal.
If this happens, Thousand Arrows will be able to super effective against Yveltal, whilst knocking it out the air LOL

I’ve been imagining beautiful new cut-scenes in a future game, where a war happens and Zygarde mega’s up into an “Archer” looking Pokemon and shoots a Thousand Arrows into the battle field, hurting a lot of Pokemon. Rhydon and other huge Pokemon continue to run through the field, unaffected, so it released Thousand Waves, releasing tremors and pummeling foes to their knees.

The Move Hold Hands and thinking of Plusle and Minun reminds me of Mas y Menos, the 2 spanish superheros who need to hold hands to have “mega” power

what further made me think of Plusle/Minun mega’s getting Hold Hands is that they were on the list of Pokemon that got trademarked in 2011 . All the Pokemon on the trademark list has received Mega’s with the exception of Jynx, Groudon, Kyogre, Rayquaza, Plusle, Minun, & Kecleon, and all of those could very well be saved for the Hoenn remake.

If Jynx receives a mega like on that list, it will HAVE to become Ice & Fairy.
-She’s the only Poke with Ice/Psychic typing.
-If they made her become Fairy/Psychic she’ll be a Mega Gardevoir Rip Off
-She’d be the only Pokemon with Ice/Fairy typing, keeping her evolutionary line unique.
-Her counterparts, Electabuzz/Magmar both received evolutions, now its her time to shine with a mega.
And Fairy actually suits what she’s based on… way more than Psychic.
If Kecleon gets a Mega as that list suggests, it will probably keep Protean, its new hidden ability.
She doesn’t have to become Fairy though. Plenty of other types they can do.

I’m talking to some chick right now and she also agree’s that it should get more Bulk. STAB Draining Kiss will be cool, but maybe Pixelate can help it nab some stronger fairy moves.

lmao she actually said the same thing. Dry Skin HAS to stay. She wanted Psychic/Fairy to be the typing but that’d be so much of a Gardevoir rip off. I can even imagine them making Jynx’s dress fatter like Gardevoir’s.
I’ll be content with your base stat spread, Ice/Fairy, with Dry Skin. 4x weakness to steel, but atleast she’d now resist ghost, bug, dark, and be immune to dragon
jynx is already an amazing pokemon with lovely kiss but now that it has a recovery move in draining kiss i want her to be bulky with her design been based on the fat opera singer(give her boomburst with pixilate for bulky sweeper)
