Pokémon Bank has finally gone live in Europe, Australia and New Zealand. As of downloading, the version is at 1.1 and will allow players to use the free trial until March 14th, 2014. The Celebi event for Bank is active as well and will run until September 30th, 2014. There is yet to be any confirmation on Pokémon Bank’s release in America. For all you Europeans, Aussies and Kiwis out there, now is your chance to move your Pokémon from Black and White (2) into X and Y. Will you keep all your ‘mons stored in the cloud? Or transfer them all into your X/Y boxes? What faithful team members can’t you wait to battle with?

Nevermind I got it, you have to deposite a pokemon into bank to get the celebii

you have to go to your game (XY) and select pokemon link, then you have to use pokebank again and it will give you it but to get it in game you have to use pokemon link again

It’s through bank but you need to click Pokemon Link in the XY menu.
