For all you Europeans, Aussies and Kiwis out there, now is your chance to move your Pokémon from Black and White (2) into X and Y. Will you keep all your ‘mons stored in the cloud? Or transfer them all into your X/Y boxes? What faithful team members can’t you wait to battle with?

        • and i don’t blame you. though if they say anything about it being released, it may be a few hours after it’s out. but hopefully it’s out soon. I understand wanting to make sure the servers can handle that many people and all but even i know when something like this is released, the majority flock to get it. after that there should be just enough left over that the rest can get it along with the first set of the next people to get it. but about one to two weeks to make sure it goes smoothly is fair if you ask me. though the wait is still annoying..

    • oh this is he thing heavy and i were discuss. Its when you reject the first egg and save . this makes the next egg solid state its. SO lets say this second egg turns out to be 6iv, then you can turn off the game and switch the aprent to the pokemon you want , the next egg will be a 6iv of the parent you want. Quite complicated but can get you a shiny of your choice or good its

    • Lemme give you a step by step instead, it’s easier to understand. (As long as you know what IV’s and EV’s are you’re good to go.)

      1. I use 2 magikarps (or gyarados) because they hatch quick. Equip one with destiny knot and one with everstone.
      2. I get their IV’s. For the example we will use the following:
      Male: 31/31/31/0/0/0 (HP/Attack/Defense/S.Atk/S.Def/Speed)
      Female: 0/0/0/31/31/31
Note: IF the parents don’t have EV’s, you can use the Battle Institute to instantly level them up to 50 and check their IV’s via an IV calculator.
      3. Put the parents into the daycare.
      4. Bike around.
      5. Release the first egg. (IMPORTANT! This “primes” the RNG and makes sure that the next one is fixed.)
      6. Save the game.
      7. Bike around, pick up one egg, hatch it.
      8. Check its IV’s.
      9. Suppose the egg hatched 31/x/31/0/0/31.
From this we can get that:
The egg picked up the HP/Defense/S.Atk/S.Def from the Male, the Speed from the Female, and the Attack is randomized. (Breeding with Destiny Bond only grabs 5 IV’s from either parent.)
      10. Reset the game.
      11. If you are happy with the IV distribution remove the test parents and continue. Otherwise, reject the egg then go back to step 7.
      12. Since we now know which IV’s will be passed, we need to find a 31/x/31/31/31/x male from the box and an x/x/x/x/x/31 female from the box. (IMPORTANT! New parents can be any species but must be the same gender ratio as orginal parents. Magikarps are 50% male 50% female.)
      13. Suppose coincidentally I have a male sableye with perfect IV’s in hp,defense, special attack and special defense , as well as a ditto with perfect IV’s in hp and speed, so I put them in.
      14. Hatch that egg, and Sableye will have 31/x/31/31/31/31.

Wall of text, but I hope that helped.
