After three days I decided to close down the PJM poll. The winners were clearly decided so it wouldn’t have mattered if it were open longer. Let’s get to the results shall we?

In a surprising-but-maybe-not-so-surprising move, Pokémon Colosseum comes out on top. It was the first console game tied the third generation games and the first console game to feature a true storyline. I do wonder how many of the voters actually played it, as in my experience it feel rather short of its expectations. The fact that you could not catch Pokémon and had to ‘snag’ them from others in addition to purifying them (not fun at all) bereft quite a bit of the fun. It was also too linear too my tastes. Anyway, we have to do it and we will put someone else on it to write the article who is more positively geared towards Colosseum! Read in the magazine (when it gets released… one day)!

As expected, Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald take the crown, and the competition wasn’t even close at all. It may have to do something with upcoming remake announcements, but I’m not really sure. Maybe it’s just because they feature the best region of all time. This will be written by myself, I quite like RSE :).

5IV I can understand, but I doubt people would trade for shiny. I would just scout the GTS and hope I’m fast enough to snatch an Unown trade.
Some people don’t really value shinies. Unown is a bank mon and kinda hard to get with all the legendary requests. I was traded an Yveltal for my treecko .-.

It’s the weirdest contradiction that breaks all natural laws. What I’ve observed is that people really hate it and get really frustrated with it (even though there is no ultimate goal), yet feel the need to keep playing it. There’s a boy in my school who threw his phone on the ground because he was so mad at the game.

I understand people getting mad. But the game is purposeless, there’s nothing to win at the end and really no story. It’s just a waste of time.That kid wasted his phone.

We were never the odd ones. The odd ones are the people who play a game just to be one of the cool kids or have the highest score in the school or some crap.
Luckily, my friends and I are starting a Pokemon club at our school. We got a teacher sponsor ready, now just need the paperworks. We have over 70 Pokemon players, we can now unite them.
I wish my school would do that.
You just need the courage to step on board.
Meh. We have a video game club but i’d rather not join that. Half the people in it have probably only played Call of Duty.

Princess Mononoke, Howl’s moving castle, My Neighbor Totoro were good. Grave of Fireflies was amazing and depressing.
