In addition to this it was recently revealed that players will be able to receive a special Celebi if they connect to the cloud storage system before 30 September 2014, access Pokémon Link. While details are scarce, it is currently known the the Time Travel Pokémon will arrive in your copy of X & Y at Level 10, with the moves Recover, Heal Bell, Hold Back and Safeguard.

I think Grass/Fairy should be Celebi’s Mega Evolution typing. Heck, all pixie legendary should be retype to part fairy: Mew: Psychic/Fairy, Celebi: Grass/Fairy, Jirachi: Steel/Fairy, Manaphy: Water/Fairy, Victini: Fire/Fairy, and Diancie completes the pattern with Rock/Fairy. (I don’t consider Shaymin a pixie legendary.)
