A few weeks back we revealed our plans to launch a network wide tournament, mainly taking place on PokéJungle.net. We asked our readers to complete a quick survey regarding competitive battling and their skills and opinions on how we should hold our tournament.
Today we are pleased to announce that the tournament will begin in the coming weeks once all preparations are complete. However, we can’t start a tournament without competitors! As such we’re proud to open sign-ups for our tournament. The sign-up period will last for approximately 72 hours, after which we will close the submission platform, sort entrees and contact any unsuccessful sign-ups. Official tournament rules will be released in the coming days alongside finalised battle formats and more, so please stay tuned!
It is important that if you wish to take part, you fill the form below with correct information. If we believe the information you have provided is incorrect we will sadly have to disqualify you from the tournament. If you wish to back out of the tournament after signing up we will provide a form later for you to fill out, it’s likely back outs will have to count as a forfeit. As always if you have and questions of queries please feel free to contact us or chat with us in the comments or site chat!

i know, but affection doesn’t affect competitive battling as far as i know
I love it actually! I love playing stall teams so I hate 2x crit hax. x1.5 is much more manageable
It’s actually 1.75x and sniper crits are 2.25x instead of 3x. Really makes Super Luck useless to me, and ruins my main Honchkrow strategy

me too D: for years i just played it blindly and for fun, not realizing stuff that should’ve been obvious. like.. i didnt know the difference/meaning of defense and sp defense LOL.
i didnt even knew wath was a nature or EVs or IVs
same xDD i didnt even know EVs/IVs existed at all. and i thought the natures were just fun add ons to show what personality your pokemon had to make you imagine them more.

Me too, since nothing in the game really explained it or even made actual mention to it being a new addition. Also, apparently the personality quirk things (“likes to eat”, etc) are actually stat related to…why did they make this game so complicated?
I think i’m the only one who started to play pokemon knowing about the natures and EVs and IVs

Prankster Volbeat has got to be the worst Prankster user I’ve seen. This came to mind when i bred an illumise the other day, and a volbeat came out. Prankster Volbeat was used in non perma sun teams when i used it, that or a terrible Tail Glow Baton Passer
