It has been recently discovered that if you now buy copies of Pokémon X & Y at a Walmart in the states, they will contain special serial codes. If you buy Pokemon X you’ll get a serial code to download a special Garchomp; if you get Y you’ll get one for a special Scizor. Both of these serial codes are one-time use only.
The details of these event Pokemon as well as how long this promotion lasts hasn’t been announced yet, but we’ll be sure to keep you guys updated!

Okay, so I got a perfect Fletchling and a perfect Talonflame. Should I breed them together to get the maximum chance of getting a perfect shiny Fletchling? Except it’s not foreign… Anyone have a perfect Fletchling from any where outside of America?
Breeding that Talonflame and Fletchling is the regular chances of finding a shiny, and also they’re not going to get along, so you’re gonna have a hard time finding eggs. Don’t do that lol. Masuda Method, need foreign Pokemon.
But it’s perfect and has the HA. No one has a foreign one? D:
You’d need to raise it to a Talonflame to have a better chance of finding eggs, but finding a Shiny is going to be even more extremely difficult unless you get unbelievably lucky.
I have a foreign Adamant Fletchling, but the IVs are crap.

How does that even work anyway? The Shiny Value has to match the Trainer Value?
Each egg gets a random value and, if matched with the Trainer Shiny Value, will result in a shiny. Eggs can be Instachecked beforehand to find out their value, and people try to contact someone with that same value as their egg, so they can hatch it for them

Yup, by now Chespin has definitely forgotten Spikes and Synthesis. But since I put it in the daycare with those moves, the Offspring will continue to have those moves until I remove Chespin.
