The latest issue of CoroCoro has leaked, revealing the official Sugimori artwork for the remaining Mega Evolutions. No other news or new information was revealed, as expected. We’ll update the post with HQ scans once they become available!
What’s your favorite Mega Evolution to use, and what Pokemon do you want to see get a Mega Evolution next? It’s hard to believe that X & Y have been out for over a month! :O
//ozymandis
If a pokemon is told that it has superior HP, with equally good Sp. Attack, but it’s Sp. Defense is just as good, what does that mean exactly?
Perfect HP, Sp.A, And Sp.D :3
Ooh! Really?
Pretty sure so
I checked Regi’s link and you’re right!

All this Hoenn talk is making me feel real nostalgic and I only cried for 20 minutes…. it wasn’t my first gen but defiantly one of my favorites
My first gen was 4. My fav gen not gonna lie. So nostalgic :’)
Lol you didn’t started with red and blue? You’re not a real pokemon fan! (SARCASM, SARCASM, SARCASM, SARCASM)
Ah. The the gen with the sexiest gym leader!
fantima
Lol. How bout no.
gardenia? Ahhhh, dem short shorts tho 🙂 Childhood memories (not really, I was kind of older by then)
Uh. No. Lol.
Candice???
Not at all.
Maylene?
Ew. No.
Maybe She’s born with it. Maybe its maylene
Thats a good one! Lol.
That’s all the female Gym Leaders!
You think it’s a female? Just because I like pokemon doesn’t mean I’m straight. (Completely)
once again, fantima?
Okay, so Roark?
that electric dude?
No, the rock guy. Electric is Volkner
Byron. Volkner is a close second
Gardenia is the hottest IMO She got the booty she do.
Eh. I don’t see the attraction to the female ass.
but… butt.
I don’t see it. I can understand it with guys, but not girls.
It gets pretty graphic so I can’t discuss it on here 🙁
I would expect that. It tends to be in my case as well. But whenever I am attracted to a girl, the butt is the last thing I think about. Lol.
Close second, but Byron
Volkner?
I thought he was cute but I leaned more towards riley and steven
May still has my heart 🙂
🙂 steven still has mine
MY FAVE GEN TOO! 😀 but not my first 🙁 Gen III LeafGreen was my first :p
Pmd Explorers of Sky
i cri evritiem
so friendship
Gen 1 was my first, but I have a soft spot for Gen 3! It was what got me into battling and the only game I ever fully completed with a Gold Trainer Card in Emerald…..Oh the Hours I put in that xD!
Gen 1 was my first as well, but Hoenn is DEFIANTLY my favorite, i knew how to read fluently in Hoenn( Kanto i didn’t know how to read, Johto i was learning) Hoenn had amazing everything to me!!
Gen 1 was my first as well and I enjoyed all of the gens but Hoenn defiantly hits a spot for me that’s when I got really into pokemon
I am getting all of the nostalgia

wait who has magmar and ninetails? and i see you saw mine the grass
in this reply chain, its based off the first letter on their in game name. I want to let people know so they can advertise their sets. Mine isnt great, but some people want the fighting hawk.
Well, I believe I broke my pinkie finger. 🙁
Gonna be gone for the rest of the day, I think. Gotta go to the doctor in a bit. 🙁
So… Hurrn
But Dicie you are a Gen-threer, you can’t miss this Hoenn talk
just realized, Gen-Threer rhymes with Gen-Queer, dude I found out a burn before it even happened!
It also rhymes with rude
you need to go back to 1st grade phonics if you think Gen-threer rhymes with rude
That was… well rude..
Yeah srsly he hurt my feels
But you said
“Hoenn is my homeland…”
I know, I’m just saying I probably found out someone’s burn against Gen-Threers
Watch it.
yall want hoenn? I’ll give ya hoenn! Eat this!
http://youtu.be/oY6ZwstAUnM
yummy to my ears
that and mt. coronet are the most intense overworld themes I think.
If you could live in a Town/City in Hoenn, where would it be? Or would it be at your Secret Base 😉 ?
Hm… That’s a toughie.
Up yo bum
Wow, rude.
Well. I’m not sure how to react to that.
change your avatar so it says “NoArcheops127”. It still says “Archeops127” :p
I dont feel like it right now
You don’t. Just let it happen.
taking after me, I see! 🙂
🙂
Sootopolis or Fortree
Definetly in littleroot. dat music!
Lilycove City, always liked that city, or Fallarbor Town, because its next to one of my fav routes
Pacifidlog town! Laid back….away from society …..fishing and just having a great time!
The town with this theme http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bUioEoNzPUE
lavaridge so I can create an army of spinda
I think you mean Fallarbor, thats the town next to spinda’s route
I like to ride the zipline thing!
Either Fortree, Lilycove, Mossdeep, or Sootopolis. I really can’t decide.
Nice seeing everyone’s responses! We’d be scattered all over Hoenn 😀
And just think how much bigger the cities and towns can be on the 3DS
OMG YES! And how expansive the ocean could be 😉
Hell yes haha. Am I the only one that thinks a personal ship would be a good idea just for the hell of it?
Mr. Briney! 😀
He’ll always have a place in my heart too. I love Peeko haha. And still, a ship of my own in Pokemon Sapphire for the 3DS…that would be so amazing.
Hmmm i think The Battle Frontier if that doesn’t count then Mosdeep
Slateport City (Love the music) if not then Mauville City.
So you could creep up on random passerbys from under umbrellas?
So, if they made r/s remakes/sequels, what version would you get? I have pokemon sapphire, so I wouldn’t know whether to get the same or not. I’d probably go for the ruby one.
Sapphire Was and Sapphire Always!
2 copies of (Ruby 2) and 2 copies of (Sapphire 2).
Hey I see you changed the avatar picture to the blissey
TAKE OUR MONEY GAMEFREAK!
just give us our hoenn back!
EMERALD!!!! oh wait that is not an option… well i guess Sapphire
What Jordin said xD
Ruby, because i need Groudon to complete my hoenn legendaries collection
Both with Sapphire as the main one.
meh. I like Lunatone and Zangoose, which sucks .-.
and I’m only able to get one so please don’t reply saying “get both”
I can only get one too. I might get pokemon x for Christmas as an exception.
well, at first I can only get one. I have to wait normally a half a year to a year to get the other, with Y as an exception 🙂
does anyone even still own their copies of ruby, sapphire, or emerald (not like emulators)? I still have two emeralds and two rubies
I have them….I think…..
Yup! 😀 all three. Ruby battery ran dry though :p
I have Emerald still trying to get Ruby and Sapphire.
I have all three, right here on my computer desk 🙂
Sapphire beyotches
I own a sapphire and an emerald.
Those were the ones I had as well :)..I let my brother play my emerald and it got stolen and I have no clue what happened to my sapphire it probably got lost with a lot of my stuff when my family around
*moved*
I still have emerald, friend gave me sapphire(gave to my friend, he doesn’t even play it, i want it too) brother gave me ruby.
One Ruby, one Emerald, and two Sapphire.
Hey dicie did you add me yesterday. I added you. 4725-8039-2003
it’s been like 5 days and he still hasn’t added me .-.
Life is crazy at the moment. Our grading period ends next week and there is a shitton of work. I also fractured/broke my pinkie finger and the pain is pretty mad. During the week, 3DS is last priority, if I even get to it at all. My XBOX gets completely ignored and not played with for an entire school week, until the weekend hits.
I’m sorry, but I will get to it. 😀
that sucks. Get better! ok! 😀
and same with me about the 3DS being last priority, I’ve just been finishing homework a lot earlier than usual ^-^
haha my grading period just ended last week
Alright, thanks. 😀
LOL, ur so lucky with the grading period XD
Oh sorry. I was just wondering. It’s not that big a deal. I am really looking for fairy type
It’s fine, I’ll add you probably towards Saturday or Friday afternoon when there is no homework (or a broken finger XD).
That stinks. What’s worse is I have been trying to get fairy safari and the two people according to the database that have togepi haven’t been on
Let the tears flow~~~~~~

Stahp I’m crying
We all are! :'( The day these games get announced, I think I will have a heart attack.
and I will be throwing everything I own at my screen *take it all GameFreak*
I will WRITE a letter to GameFreak about how happy i feel!!!
I will never get to play them, because I will choke on my tears of joy!
I’m not crying, just painfully holding back the tears. I’m in strength mode now. MUST TRAIN!
That person has made such great remixes :’) Was currently listening to the Gym Leader one before you posted that 😀
I have been listening them all <33
You made that one at the bottom of the list!
You did make it right?
No, he gave the link :p
Oh, no no! I don’t have the talent to do anything like that. I merely posted the link to that video earlier 🙂
DAT NURSE JOY AVATAR THO
Hope your pinky feels better! Yeah, I know right? 😛
Thanks. Hurts quite bad, and never really had any of this kind of pain before. I’ll be taking a trip to Nurse Joy’s Pokemon Center later, and she’ll make it all better. 😀
PS: It is seriously possibly broken. It’s not a cut or bruise. I can’t even close my hand XD
I am tearing up… I WANT MY CHILDHOOD BACK!!!
We all do…we all do…
STOP TEMPTING ME TO LISTEN TO THIS OVER LILY ALLEN, I WANNA LISTEN TO MY GODDESS TTATT
you are missing my favorite music on R/S/E, Gym Leader Music!!
Best Gym Leader Theme! I love the Colosseum and XD remixes as well! 😀
By far and away my favorite Pokemon theme ever. And here you go: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ak1O50TTF_0
Ok so everyone that didn’t like hoenn probably hated the surfing! I don’t know why? Did they not carry super repel’s or something?
http://pokebot.everyboty.net/pix/1762.png
WOW!!!! That Summarizes Gen 3 better than anything!
I’m dead. I just can’t. XD
gen 3 had so much goddamned water
Guys, I need serious help here. I must make the perfect togekiss in stats moves everything. I have a perfect stat one only missing defense, thanks to john hocker. CAn someone tell me what stats to train in and a moveset and held item please? I want to make an absolutely boss pokemon!
This. The 3DS is amazing!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z8OFmRnLdwA&list=UUJQNZTOoXotb-0Qpoms2okA
Uploaded on my birthday. XD
I think you guys enjoy making me cry xD
What would they call yet ANOTHER gen 1 remake? pokemon warm red And pokemon cold blue? XD
The boxes look nice but tbh, XY pretty much covered everything that R/B could give us.
-We got the Mewtwo after elite 4
-We got our Kanto starter.
-We got the Snorlax blocking the road (need pokeflute)
-only thing missing is Team Rocket and I have to vouch that Team Flare is much cooler lol.
Hey NLque. I went off. I don’t know if you added me but I just add you. Sorry. My FC is 4725-8039-2003
This summarizes 99% of all my total hours in Emerald Version!
http://cdn.bulbagarden.net/upload/5/5f/Battle_Factory_E.png
dat fronteir brain music
OMG…. THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT I DID AFTER I BEAT EMERALD. THAT IS LITERALLY LIKE ME
I was never good enough to beat all the Frontier Brains…but I did spend a helluva lotta time just standing and listening to this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i6y2Nvy6GXU
I’ve played it so many times I’ve gotten nearly 10 Shiny Rental Pokemon. Plus I had memorized every moveset, nature and item by heart!
Now THAT is impressive!!!
Check YT.
I DID THAT TOO of course i found no shiny rental but i memorized everything you did
It was so addictive 😀
It really was though
I hated facing Dewgong Though! Rest Sleep Talk Sheer Cold and Horn Drill!
LOL, i exactly remembered that dewgong i used it once and i missed everything, but when my opponent used it, There was the smallest chance of them missing
Oh and don’t forget those pokemon who had Attract…
YES! and Blissey with Toxic Substitute SoftBoiled and Protect I believe. And Walrein with Rest Sleep Talk Fissure Sheer Cold
Sigh* Good Times, that place is where i realized that my luck is under average…
Oh yeah! I beat every frontier for gold WAAAAAY before I finished Factory for gold! It was literally that last thing standing in the way of a Gold Trainer Card and Lansat Berry!
Lol i did know about the factory heads for a long time.
Exactly what i did, I only saw one leader (Noland i think, the one in the battle factory)
I spend days on this thing just to hear that awesome battle theme
never beat any of the brains, except for dahlia and lucy, still awesome theme
Is there still a new article coming?
I wonder if it was about that PokeJungle tournament. I really want one 😀
Has anyone seen this yet? The unused music from gen 3? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pkARCOqBprI
There’s a few of those. Was testing the soundfont. What I really like is this gem 😉
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uj-mWbvfBfc
They’re probably going to make it even better! 😀
I like this one. couldn’t find the original video, though
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qBJfiXXJMRo
Not gonna lie, that version is pretty bad imo. This on the other hand: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ak1O50TTF_0
*jizzes pants* It still has the trumpets :))))))))))DDDDDD
too fast for me :p
Legendary dogs?
Yep. 🙂
>.> y they no give us them? I would have liked them :p
Fully EV trained helioptile! 🙂
man, a lot of people sure love the hoenn soundtrack, understandable I guess, because of those awesome trumpets
Don’t forget the drum beat and Timpani!
I’m still listening to that Littleroot song :’)
holy crap almost forgot about those awesome things, they really compliment the other instruments used
R/S/E used Attract! Jordin was immobilized by love!
What can I say I love me some trumpets
If they ever announce a Hoenn Remake all of us Gen-Threers should write or e-mail GameFreak thanking them for doing this. I am actually doing this.
I’ll join you!
They’ll get plenty of thanks with the money I’ll spend buying multiple copies 🙂
my thoughts exactly
Well my hands are going to hurt from typing then haha.
poop I won’t have any time to write a submission for the magazine because I have to write a huge essay for school and it’s due the same day as the article submission. will there be more contests?
Hoenn, Hoenn everywhere
so much hurrn I can’t discern
it is getting a bit overwhelming, honestly
don’t let it take you over. You must breathe it in. Live it.
that sounds semi-creepy
LIVE IT
STAWP!
Why does Pokejungle have to talk about Hoenn now, I was coming here to check up, but all this hoenn talk is keeping me from working on my project…
Becrz hrnn is life
I hate it when people type like that, but I have to agree…
The virus has gotten into me, and I don’t usually type like that either, but it seems popular XD
I still hate it haha but since it was something positive about Hoenn, I’ll let it slide haha
😀
All this Hoenn talk is about the games…
I loved the Hoenn anime!!! Anyone else?
Kalos is getting close, IMO. Hoenn anime love tho
its the reason i love treecko so much LOL
that treecko truly did not give a shit
Me too!
I normally watch the anime just to see what the pokemon look like on the show, but Hoenn got me hooked.
Same that’s what got me to use treeko in game and I loved him ever since 🙂
It was okay. The Kyogre/Groudon episodes were breathtaking.
I liked it because they were still the original voice actors….I stopped watching when the voice actors were replaced!
The beginning of battle frontier, that is where i stopped as well.
They had the same voice actors for 3 seasons( not including Johto and Kanto), then they randomly change it, i couldn’t get use to it until Sinnoh.
I never got used to it :(….I dislike brock’s new voice so much!
I hated May’s, Max’s, Ash’s, Brock’s… just all of them had a drastic change
May= first crush
I hope the new soundtracks are refurbished tunes from the old games. I would feel ripped off if I bought them and they had crappy MIDIs like in Gen 5. I feel as if Gen three had better music quality. They just have a chance to make Colress’ theme so much more epic.
I feel ya on that one, hoenn sequels should have the best music possible
They should. I like Gen 6’s music quality, and all the previous music can have the potential to be good.
Please don’t be literally ROM rips in midi -_-
Come one gamefreak don’t be so lazy!
It seems to be what was done with XY, but anything is possible.
oh my god, please never let that happen
