NHK has finished airing and revealed a mysterious new Pokémon game, starring Dr Watso Pikachu! This spin-off seems to be some creepy detective game. Not much is known, except that it will feature a Blue Pikachu that apparently can talk (must be due to Fukushima) and who is the villain. The developers used motion capture to give Pikachu better facial expressions, but I have no idea where they got the Pikachu to do that from. More details will likely be released in the following months/years.
Also mentioned was a Pokémon Trozei (Link) sequel, but it appears to be abandoned, or maybe it will see life as an eShop only title. Stay tuned for that too!
OLD: The teaser trailer released last week and has teased an all new game with Tsunekazu Ishihara appearing on the show sharing some details on the game that is currently in development. We’ll provide details ASAP!

I don’t think they are perfect. They’ve been having problems adapting to the internet, and aren’t exactly smart with line-ups, but they are superb game makers and truly know how to do something right.
Yeah, It’s just sometimes I think that they focus too much on games that are overly done and not enough original titles come out consistently. It’s always a ton of overly used franchises and then one new game that either isn’t good or doesn’t get the recognition it deserves. I just don’t like it when the same Mario game comes out 3 or 4 times just being repackaged as a different game over the span of like 2 years and then there are only a few new games that could be good, but aren’t nearly as advertised as the Mario games.
New Super Mario Bros is kinda of a rehashed series, but extremely enjoyable and defines the Platforming genre. But they really need to focus on F-Zero, Metroid and even Kirby. Earthbound I don’t really count as that was supposed to be a trilogy. Nintendo makes great, quality games, but delay them sooo much…

I traded away my shiny Geodude form XY. I got an Aggronite in return. Was pretty happy with that considering that Aggronite is a one-off, whereas shiny Geodudes I can always obtain later if I need to.
