The pokemon world is clearly 26 hours per day.
13 is symbolic for suffering, that makes sense given the clock never moves and Laverre City isn’t exactly Happyville. The moon also covers thirteen degrees per day. Aztecs kept series of time in 13’s….eh..that’s all I got 😛
