Question? should I have power split, power trick, or both on my shuckle? it has infestation and shell smash w/ contrary
If you’re going with those moves, I would say both because shell smash will lower attack. sp. attack, and speed, whilst raising both defenses. Then with power split, you can severely cut your foe’s attack, and with power trick, you can swap your massive defense with your not so pitiful attack.
So I was wondering, I have Pokemon X and was thinking about purchasing Y. Is there any reason to get it besides the exclusives?
well if you want to start a new game you have to delete all of the data first. So it’s impossible to show your friends a new game…other than that just exclusives….mainly the mega stones

What is the easiest way to get shinies because I have been using the Pokeradar on route 7 for almost a week now and no shinies because of it. I did get lucky and get a Shiny Kangaskhan from Glittering Cave while looking for a Mawile.
i’d go consecutive fishing, its a piece of cake, and I found 4 shinies in one day because of it.

it really depends on what you are looking for. I found a clawitzer on route 8 and gyarados on route 22, so just find a pokemon you want and chain fish like crazy! even if you don’t find what you wanted, you find a shiny! so its all good!

Can you use the poke radar in friends safaris? Oh, and for somereason no matter where I go it doesn’t work. Why?
It only works in grass patches, not flowers, and no you can’t use it in the Safari.

Anybody else realize we have no real idea how many Mega Pokemon there are. Through events or any number of other yet to be discovered tricks, there could well be over a hundred Mega Pokemon. (probably not though), On that note, I felt this is how Mega Golem should look like, thoughts?

ok, yes you can run from battles when fishing, and I doesn’t need to be the same pokemon over and over again. just don’t move, fish, and run. you’ll be at it for an hour, hour and a half tops, but you’ll find one eventually. I found four in one day doing this
