  1. Quilladin’s Dream ability is bulletproof, which doesn’t take damage from bullet and bomb moves. Probably same ability for Chesnaught.

  2. Can’t wait till the 17th to get my hands on the Guidebook! I hate not knowing all the moves, base stats, evolution methods and especially event triggered pokemon in the games. Ignore item locations, I like a little treasure hunt

    • I just want them to release an official dex so that we know the movesets -_-

I heard there was a Poekdex 3D update coming out, when is that?

  3. Okay, Retaliate is one of the best animations in this game. It goes to black, and then the pokemon using it is on the other side doing a fatal slash like a samurai movie, with cherry blossoms flying through the air, black and red in the background forming like a japanese paper screen door. THAT IS BADASS. Even if it was used on me

    • I don’t like how they stop running in tall grass, and they’re a bit annoying to work sometimes, but yeah, they’re pretty cool. I still prefer pure running though, I wish you could turn them off.

  4. Finished backtracking for items 😀 One last stop at Bianca Sad Music house for some nostalgia then back to the 6th gym trail!

  5. I got a handful of questions :’D Can you take your hat off? (i see people on passby without a hat, i’d love to be able to remove mine) and is there anywhere where i can see all the hairstyles available? :X

    • Are you sure the hats aren’t off on some of the default given icons you can switch to? If you click the folder looking icon at the top of the PSS system > Profile > your name, there is an option to change the public icon to the different types of players you’ve battled and stuff.

  6. I don’t know why, but I’m incredibly bored with all the old Pokemon I’m seeing. It’s just really boring to me. The only ones of interest are those that Mega Evolve. It’s quite frustrating to be honest. Didn’t think I’d dislike it this much.

    • The only thing i can say to flip this into a positive is that it makes encountering one of the new pokemon a little bit more exciting. Reminds me of the GSC Johto Days 😀

      • Yeah, I know. I keep seeing Kalos Pokemon and being really happy that I have. They’re some of the only ones I’ve caught.

        • Ive only got one non Kalos Pokemon on my team and that’s Charizard which technically can “mega evolve” into a “Kalos” pokemon.

          • Oh haha, that reminds me. I dumped My charmander and another of my Pokemon (can’t remember which) in the daycare back when I got to it, I always forget to go and check on them when I do that.
