All of the New Pokémon in Pokémon X&Y

New Pokémon

Notes: The image above was not made by me. It came from either 4chan’s /vp/ board or Reddit. Props to the creator, it is very well done.

More new Pokémon…?

Currently there are several Mega Stones that have been found, but the Pokémon has not: Druddigon, Heracross, and Galvantula. Profilic Pokémon Black & White leaker “Hiro” also said that Scizor would be getting one too. A legendary trio could also surface in Kalos as well as unseen downloadable Legendaries.

What do you think? Are you OK with the smaller number of “new” Pokémon? Do you like the concept of Mega Evolutions and their role in battles?

  1. I still can’t believe “He” is the real leader of Team Flare. I thought “He” was friends with Prof. Sycamore? My hope of a woman team leader is ruined…

  2. I’m not really impressed with Talonflame having a 95 speed stat at level 35. I would have hoped it would possess the the highest speed of any Pokemon since it is based off the fastest wild animal in this world.

  3. I tried avoiding seeing the rest of these Pokemon…but I could not help it. I like the ned Pokemon, but wish there was just a teeny bit more. 🙂

    • Let me put it to you this way…there are now over 700 Pokemon and we are six gens in. If Gamefreak wants to continue this series, they HAVE to slow down on Pokemon invention. It’s either less Pokemon that are unique, or more Pokemon that are regurgitated and shallow. 70 Pokemon is still a large amount. People want 100…that’s only 30 more. I don’t understand how 30 more mons make any bit of difference between a great game and a lazy game.

This isn’t taking into account Mega Evolutions, which are a new concept/gimmick invented to bring something more new to the table. Besides just megas, there are over 500ish Pokemon you can still catch in game. The older generations didn’t fall off the planet just because a new gen came out.

  4. Part of me doesn’t believe that there’s only 69 new pokémons. Other parts finds it OK because of all the new stuff that’s coming. I’m very conflicted. Can’t wait to have the game on my hands though *_*

  5. Okay. That’s it. MEGA TYRANITAR. HAPPIEST PERSON SITTING RIGHT OVER HERE. THANK YOU AND GOOD NIGHT

*ahem* I’d like to apologize for this outburst. Especially after having seen the Tyranitar name on the Mega evolution list, this has, suffice to say, been something I’ve been looking forward to. Extremely, Majorly looking forward to. Tyranitar has been one of my favorite, if not favorite Pokemon, ever since it showed up in Generation 2, and I thought getting a Mega Evolution, which makes sense from maybe helping to deal with his tons of weaknesses, would be extremely awesome. And as this looks very legit, I can get a good look at what it should look like. And oh yeah, this is exactly what I wanted. No one can break this high, FIVE DAYS GUYS, LET’S DO THIS THING.

  7. Sorry if I missed it, but do we firmly know who the psuedo is? The one page with some basic guessing is pointing at Noivern… Or is there no psuedo?

    • I like him a lot. I think he’ll be pretty good on Trick Room teams, especially if he gets Trick Room and starts in the Shield form.

  8. Does anyone know if there have been leaks yet on the post game? I hope it’s at least there and the leak about there being no Post game are false.
