More new Pokémon…?
Currently there are several Mega Stones that have been found, but the Pokémon has not: Druddigon, Heracross, and Galvantula. Profilic Pokémon Black & White leaker “Hiro” also said that Scizor would be getting one too. A legendary trio could also surface in Kalos as well as unseen downloadable Legendaries.
What do you think? Are you OK with the smaller number of “new” Pokémon? Do you like the concept of Mega Evolutions and their role in battles?

but wateva happened to Froakie’s final evo being a Water/Fighting. That looks similar to a poison dart frog. The dark blue now takes over its body almost entirely. There are a few even darker (almost black) spots on his sides and face and it gains more of the bubble foam around its neck and down the back. It’s also a bit bulkier

Greninja is based of a Rouge (in other words Ninja) of Europe Lore. Rouges were dark and hid in the shadows! That’s why its Water/Dark! Same goes for the the other starters! Chesnaught is a Knight and Delphox is a Wizard! That rumor was false too.
There has already been a water/fight frog so they wouldn’t make another. Plus frogs are quick like ninjas so it makes sense that it became a dark type because ninjas are quick and stick to the shadows

so what if they make another one they got a bunch of electric rodents , dark type / Flying, etc …..why cant it be another water fighting frog and besides poliwrath is jus a big as tadpole. Mmm to me, ninjas are more like assassins than physical fighters. Unless you’re talking about naruto of course. And we have a lot of electric rodents because they want to include one in every game. And we only have 3 dark/flying types so I don’t see how that supports your point. I just think making another water/fight that is the same species as an already existing one makes poliwrath not unique. Even though it is pretty much a giant tadpole. But still
Da point i was trying to make is same type n same species have been used multiple times b4. Pokemon who are unique could possibly lose there uniqueness later on.
i.e Honchkrow, Mandibuzz, and Yveltal are all birds as well as all dark/flying types. Krabby and Corphish are both crabs and pure water types. Meowth and Skitty are both cats and are normal type

Ash has Fletchling, which as he always evolves his regional bird fully, he won’t need Pyroar.

The first 7 episode titles have been revealed already, and not a single one of them show signs of Ash getting Chespin and/or Fennekin. And it wouldn’t make sense for him to get them later on.
He’ll use Talonflame’s dual type efficiently, just watch.

You DON’T know the Ash Ketchum from X/Y, nobody does yet but I assure you, he won’t get one. Pyroar doesn’t seem like a Pokemon Ash would get anyway. I was surprised when he was getting Froakie.
But if he doesn’t end up getting one, I assure you it will be a rotated Pokemon that doesn’t appear much like Palpitoad.
He always gets a water type that can move around on land. Never seen him with a goldeen or a horsea or something lol. So it was either Clawncher or Froakie. Gotta say Im down with Froakie though, despite picking Fennekin.

It seems many people still have a problem with paying for Pokemon Bank! When, you think about it, $5 a year to save your Pokemon is a small amount! Remember, X & Y releases world-wide. They have to get obtain a lot of money to keep the servers open and running (also, to save the large amounts of Pokemon). So, it makes sense why you have to pay! Also, the more money GameFreak gets, the better are Pokemon games are in the future! ;D
Just transfer all your Pokemon in that free month. 😉
And even so, you prob won’t want it for more than a year.
It´s confirmed that it will be compatible with future games, so instead of looking for another 3DS to trade yourself with when Z/RSEmakes comes you just have to use Pokemon Bank.

I love the bank cause it gives me a New Game Plus! I can store all my Pokemon and then restart the game whenever I want. It’s perfect. Playing Pokemon on repeat is endless fun for me.

He does get King’s Shield though, which will be scary considering how many horrifying moves Smeargle has at it’s possesion already 🙂

With hacking into the game being limited, movesets will probably be the biggest mystery for a while.
I run a Smeargle on VGC teams as an anti-Trick Roomer, and this move will fit him perfectly. Smeargle is the ultimate troll Pokemon.
Doesn’t King’s Shield have the same effect as Spikey Shield though (Chesnaught’s signature move)? Wouldn’t Spikey Shield be preferable if King’s Shield is a Fighting type move? I don’t know King’s Shield’s type…
Legendary trio?
Does anyone else find it awesome that you can ask for pokemon that aren’t in your pokedex in the GTS? Hopefully gamefreak won’t allow those kinds of people that ask for a level 9 and under legendary… those people sicken me.
One of the reviewers said that you could set it to exclude Legendaries… Hmm, I wonder how that works, and also, how did they get on Wi-Fi?
I hate that… I don’t get why people even do it. Although its still unfair, at least asking for a level 100 legendary would be expected and actually possible to fulfill.

This gen sucks so much design-wise. It’s the first time all of the final starter evolutions look awful. Also there is so much potential unused or wasted! Most fanmade designs are way better than this.

In my comment I did not say a single word about character customization. Thats one of the best new features ofc. Oh and mega evolutions – yeah most of em look badass, but it’s totally wrong imo to give those pokemon who are already superior even more power. It dysbalances.

I liked all them back then xD still do. I think this one is bigger for us to judge cause as we progress into the fandom we want and expect more each time a game comes out.

It’s okay to have an opinion but making it seem like the entire game is awful because of just your opinion isn’t very fair. Some people do actually like this gen’s designs. You should say it’s the first generation for YOU to view the final starter evolutions as awful because it’s not that way for everybody and this game wasn’t made for just you.

Yes. That’s been the case for all games actually I think. I remember though how in FRLG you could not evolve your Chansey into a Blissey before you got the national dex.

It wouldn’t surprise me if he wasn’t in the regional dex and that he’s just an event Pokemon, but there are gaps for him, so it is possible.
