More new Pokémon…?
Currently there are several Mega Stones that have been found, but the Pokémon has not: Druddigon, Heracross, and Galvantula. Profilic Pokémon Black & White leaker “Hiro” also said that Scizor would be getting one too. A legendary trio could also surface in Kalos as well as unseen downloadable Legendaries.
What do you think? Are you OK with the smaller number of “new” Pokémon? Do you like the concept of Mega Evolutions and their role in battles?

Togepi was confirmed to be in-game by one of the leakers. It’s a gift pokémon (meaning someone gives it to you)… It was changed to pure Fairy…

I believe it’s the 15th of each month, except for August, which was the one exception released on the 12th.
I’d expect a leak on the 11th or 12th, but by then, unless they have new formes or megas, I won’t want to spoil the plot, gyms, and E4.
Im getting the strategy guide and only looking at the back to see the pokedex and the megas
But just think though, the urge to see all of the official artwork will plague you and your willpower won’t be strong enough, you don’t want to look but you want to at the same time out of curiosity. You reach for the guide but hesitate, only to have the curiosity course through your veins and you grab the book furiously! Searching and searching through the guide you find what you’re looking for, the Kalos Pokedex. Getting the image of each Pokemon in the back of your mind you are furious with your conscience for making you look. Throwing the book across the room you go over to a corner and sob for doing such an act of spoiling yourself.

Hey guys which fire pokemon is better pyroar or talonflame ??
It depends on what you use it for.
I’m not really a massive fan of either (using Mega Blaziken in my X playthrough), but I do really like Fletchinder’s design, plus it’ll be useful for Viola, so I’m keeping a Fletchling/Fletchinder/Maybe even Talonflame on my team until I find a Noibat.
Talonflame has a 4x weakness to Rock, which Pyroar doesn’t, but both have their pros and cons. If you need something to Fly you around go with Talonflame.
I’m quite sad at the lack of new Flyers in these games – I really needed more because I’ve trained most of them already and don’t like to double up! This gen offers only Hawlucha, Noivern’s line and Talonflame’s line, right? I suppose it’s too much to ask that Scatterbug’s line gets fly haha ^^;
If you’re in need of a flyer and a fast Physical attacker go for Talonflame .If you want a fire type with a bit of bulk go but can still dish out damage go for pyroar (it’s basically a normal/fire arcanine)

IMO, Talonflame makes a better bagrain. Offensive, quick, unique useful typing, good movepool (I assume) and cool design. But I might change my mind if Pyroar’s base stats turn out to be high

I’m really struggling to love Florges, and on top of that my initial love of Floette has actually died down a bit. But I still really like the line, and I would prefer using something that evolves. But there’s something I just really, really like about Klefki’s design, I don’t know what I should do….

Maybe Florges changes color based on what flower Flabebe originally had. I can understand your distaste a little though- it went from a cute flower-holding fairy to suddenly becoming a slightly creepy sunflower thing.
Who is your favourite and least favourite dragon type?
Here are mine:
Favorite:Salamance I just love everything about it.
Least favorite:Dragonite because I think its extremely derpy.
Favorite: Hydregeon. Despite my inability to spell his name, I love how he is a Greek mythology reference.
Least: Kingdra. He’s kinda cool, but I think all the other ones are much more awesome looking.
Hydragon is pretty cool to he’s definitely up their in my list to. The only reason I dislike kingdra is because I don’t have fond memories of battling Claires one and I find it a pain to take out in the metagame.
Favourite: Tie between Dragonite and Noibat. Noibat is just ridiculously adorable, and Dragonite is cheerful, yet perfectly able to kick-ass. Honourable mention for Fraxure and Altaria too.
Least Favourite: Probably Goomy/Sliggoo? I don’t hate them, but they’re definitely the ones i like the least. Goodra redeems them but I’m not much of a fan. I suppose an honourable mention should go to Kingdra, always felt to me like they’d just slapped Dragon on because they could.
Noibat is adorable♥ although I dislike Dragonites design I’ll admit it’s a beast with multiscale.
For some reason cute bats are just my favourite things ever. Woobat was on my team from the instant I saw it, and same with Noibat really. Zubat isn’t cute plus he’s mega annoying so I don’t like him as much.
I’ve always liked woobats and swoobats cries.
Favorite: Hydreigon
Least Favorite: either Altaria or Druddigon
You’re definitely not alone in your dislike for altaria and druddigon.
I don’t dislike them that match but there more better Dragon types than those 2.
Altaria definitely took a very defensive approach.
Love many Dragon-types, so it’s hard to choose just one.
For Sp Atk and movepool – Hydreigon
For Atk and movepool – Salamance
For design and movepool – Altaria, Flygon, and if we include 6th gen, Noivern and Goomy line.
Least favorite Dragon – Druddigon. It’s a stand-alone “WHY?”
I haven’t trained one, so my opinion may change.
EDIT: Idk why I thought of ‘How to Train Your Dragon’ when I reread the last line above this one.
When Druddigon gets a mega ill like it a bit more but currently it sticks out like a sore thumb.
Worst of all, it can’t learn Fly, but it has WINGS! ;A;
That’s the reason I had to use an HM slave whilst using a vespiquen and a scizor yet golurk can fly 🙁
I think Golurk flying is pretty darn cool to me. I was surely surprised.
I’ve seen how it flies in one of the pokemon movies but before that I was very confused about how it could.
I do quite like Druddigon’s design, but my main reason for liking it is Sheer Force. LifeForce (Life Orb + Sheer Force) is pretty much one of my favourite combos ever (Oh hey, a free extra 30% power. Yes please) and I love to abuse it relentlessly.
It’s a struggle between Flygon and Garchomp
Flygon is interesting but not as powerful but Garchomp is bad-ass yet too agile for my tastes

I assume you’re a big fan of mega garchomp then.
Favourite: Design-wise Goomy line all the way and Haxorus line.
Least Favourite: Dialga and Palkia, especially Palkia and maybe Giratina but I can exclude it if the other two didn’t exist.

Dialga, Palkia and Giratina look very different from other pokemon.
I’m the exact opposite
Favourite: Dragonite, loved it the moment I saw it and never ceases to amaze first (also the first pseudo and nostalgia)
Least Favourite: Salamence, I just dislike it for some reason.
I think the reason I love Salamance is because I grew up with gen 3. I didn’t get to play the gen one games until later on I would explain why I didn’t get to play FR and LG but it’s a long story.
Dunno I love all of them! Though Latias, Flygon, Dragonite, Garchomp and Hydreigon are personal favourites 🙂
Favorite: Giratina (I could say Mega Charizard X but I don’t think its fair)
Least Favorite: Goomy line… I don’t get why they’re Dragon-type… If they were not Dragon-type, I wouldn’t mind so much about them…

Least Favorite: Hydreigon I always thought it looks way too ferocious to be a Pokemon also a pain in the butt to train, Druddigon since its color scheme looks like it was sloppily colored in by a two year old
