When Mega Evolutions were revealed a couple of months back, fans were taken totally by surprise wondering what exactly we were being shown. Now that we understand just what Mega Evolutions are, we’re all guessing what Pokémon could be one of the select few to receive a Mega Evolution.
A while ago our close friend AAPF began researching trademark filings for Pokémon names. This research has previously uncovered Pokémon that have since received Mega Evolutions, and it seems highly likely that more Pokémon from this list will receive a Mega Evolution.
The following Pokémon have all had trademark registrations made for their names since the release of Black 2 & White 2, following the trend of other Pokémon with their names trademarked again there is a possibility these Pokémon will receive Mega Evolutions. Pokémon with a * next to their name have recently been confirmed.

I do too, but I get the guide sometimes if I feel i’m gonna get stuck in the game at least once! I got it for Skyward Sword.
I tend to buy the guides as well. I don’t use them as much as i used to, but since I’m the type to start and stop playing for weeks or months on end they help me pick up where i left off and remember/finish all the side quests. I still haven’t finished EVERYTHING in B2W2 actually …
The only thing I’ve yet to do is get the treasures from the Abyssal Ruins in B2/W2, I’m too lazy to look up a map for it to do it correctly! I did it in B/W though! 😀
I got them all in BW1 and they aren’t transferrable so i was just ef it …. but I haven’t seen everyone in the unova dex so i haven’t been to the nature preserve. shiny haxorus and hidden ability eevee are priorities to transfer

I would love a milotic, jynx, houndoom, Roserade, Camerupt, Liepard, Flygon, Manetric, Lilligant, Persian, Miltank, Vespiquen, Raichu, Luxray, Jellicent and every starter to have a mega. Hell, I might as well just say every pokemon line :p

Roserade is my all-time favorite Pokemon (now a tie with Florges) and I would love for it to obtain a Mega-Evolution.

If they do get Megas, then that means that they have to be catchable in X and Y. I don’t think GF will want people to wait until December 27th to transfet Latios/Latias and then Mega Evolve them.

They’ve given out version exclusive mystery gifts before. Those with Black could get a Level 100 Zekrom, and those with White could get a Level 100 Reshiram.

Her main Pokémon will be Mega Gardevoir, mine will be Mega Mawile. Her favorite (possibly) against my favorite. Hoenn Fairy Pokémon vs Hoenn Fairy Pokémon. But I have the type advantage since Steel is super effective against Fairy. I CANNOT WAIT FOR OUR BATTLE!!!
Imagine Mega Garchomp vs. Mega Gardevoir. I’m sooo hyped for this game. If there weren’t any leaks of Mega Gardevoir, we’d all be in super shock with it’s reveal.

Actually it says reverses. so either it makes the abilities power the opponent’s dark or fairy moves, or it will weaken Xerneas’s fairy and Yveltal’s dark moves.

A question for everyone: Have you ever made it to the Champion without knowing who he/she was and then being surprised once you found out? I have, once. For me, it was Blue in Fire Red. I was new to the Pokémon games and didn’t look up any information about the games (I didn’t have high speed internet at the time and didn’t know anyone posted information about the games on the internet). I also thought that Fire Red and Leaf Green were the first Pokémon games and therefore didn’t even know they were remakes.
Pretty much until Sinnoh for me but they made it clear that Wallace/Steven/Cynthia were the champions.
To me it was white 2 I didn’t look up info for it coz I was busy so I play it knowing it was unova after 2 year.
Wow I’m surprised, there’s a lot of denial on Facebook that Zygarde is the Z legendary, some are claiming it’s fake and that most of the leaks are fake too…..yeah. That’s a thing.

i believe so. and zygarde looks incomplete, so mega zygarde is possible. Mega stone will NOT be called Zygardite. It will have a special mega evolution animation
So I just realized something, if there really is no other legendaries besides the Balance trio (Xerneas, Yveltal, and Zygarde) and eventually event legends than there will only be about 2-3 movies for this generation since Xerneas and Yveltal will more than likely cover the first gen 6 movie and then Zygarde possibly for the second. Does that maybe mean it won’t take as long for a gen 7?
well if this pattern is correct thereare 4 movies for this gen:
2013 – XY
2014 – RS Remake
2015 – Z
2016 – DP Remake

Exactly, we didn’t have a remake after BW and we waited two years for BW2, we didn’t have a remake for a year and now we have X and Y.Plus they put mostly every Pokemon in the games to make it so remakes are not needed, the only reason they made remakes for Red and Blue was to trade over to RSE and the same for HGSS to trade to DPPt.
For past couple years theynhave been releasing new games ever year. DP, PLT, HGSS, BW, BW2 and now XY all a year apart from another
I think the DP remake would take a while longer…. I think.. Maybe they’re continueing with the line of part 2, cuz with BW it really sold!! Me personally thinks part 2 is much better and stronger.. Completer, so maybe..
Actually (not my opinion) a lot of people say BW2 are the worst pokemon games
No Pokemon game is bad…well aside from Ruby and Sapphire in my opinion due to a few short comings but Emerald make up for those faults. But other than those none of the Pokemon games are bad and we still play them even when they have a few faults.
I feel like a DP remake shouldn’t happen until we get a new console.

Let’s hope sequel because we really don’t need remakes. Some people are going to disagree with me but I would rather see a sequel that has a completely new story and evil team (because Magma and Aqua were okay but they had more potential to be great).
I agree with you too. Seeing Team Magma and Aqua learn nothing and trying to accomplish their goals once again in a weak fashion won’t be enjoyable for anyone.

Now, I know this is all complete speculation, but what if Generation VI will be divided into three parts.
1. X/Y/Z Arc
2. Hoenn Remakes/Sequels Arc
3. Conclusion of the Black and White Arc
We are already familiar with the first two. But for me personally, I feel that the Black and White Story never reached a conclusion. We still don’t know what the Tao Trio Master is, and we’ve been told about the Original Dragon (by Drayden), but we’ve never seen it. B2/W2’s strory felt a bit weak to me. There’s still no answer to what is more important, seeking out the truth or ideals? Obviously it’s both, but that was never addressed in the games. And I’d like to see N come back and have Reshiram, Zekrom, and Kyurem be reuinited with each other. Not only that, but imagine how powerful the Original Dragon would be. Obviously it’d be too powerful because its BST would be over 700, maybe even higher than Arceus’. But, that is where Mega Evolution comes to play.
I could see this but it would be a bit strange to randomly have an ending game for the Black and White saga in gen 6. I personally would love to know more about the Original Dragon or Reshekrem or whatever it’s called but I can’t see them making a conclusion for Black and White a gen later.
Yeah I guess. They could at least have an in-game event that involves transferring the Tao Trio to X and Y. I imagine that each of them would have to hold a Mega Stone and then you use the DNA Splicers in order for all three to fuse together. I think that would be pretty cool!

Hoenn had really great starters (at least for the time it was relevant), but it had a lot of slow and nearly unusable/filler Pokemon (competitively). And, there weren’t a lot of really great type combinations (retrospectively). I really don’t see all the fuss about the “Hoenn hype”.
I’ve been playing Pokemon since Gen 1 and I feel like each generation adds more to the complexity of the series as a whole and this generation (although a quite shallow in expectations) will be great.
There is still potential for more things to come this generation. We haven’t experienced a generation on the 3DS (and Gamefreak loves to send us “wildcards”) so who knows what will come next…
I’ve notice that every odd number generation release the most Pokemon, so I’m hoping that generation seven release over 150. The remake would be cool but I would love to see more random weather effects, and hideouts return.
