More anime news today! Pokémon Origins special focusing on Red and Blue will be airing in English on PokémonTV! It will debut on November 15th on the PokémonTV website and iOS/Android app. The mini-series will be 4 episodes long.

I would have hidden Oorotto in the very first trailer of X and Y to keep us guessing for an additional six months. -_-
I would’ve, honestly, (dont hate for this), replaced Fairy-type w/ Light-type and MAYBE Sound-type. It fits Xerneas/Yveltal’s looks. But that;s just me.

Sound type is a little much. But ‘light’ type sounds better than ‘fairy’, personally.

January 8th was the weirdest day. It was the saddest day of my life as my boyfriend was leaving the state after a too short visit for a too long of a time away. But it was also the happiest because they revealed the starters and X and Y’s existence.
I would change everyone’s apparently misconception that the games are about chromosomes. Also, how the hell Sylveon evolves.
Here’s how you do it:
Take a handful of Pixie Dust and throw it at your 3DS. The Dustometer on the 3DS will pick up this action, delete all save data except for Eevee and it will evolve while transporting you to the twelfth dimension.

For some reason I’m always been a great fan of Green, and I despised Red in all of his apparitions (except, maybe, the one on Mt. Silver). He is a generic hero, dressed in red and lacking in unicness (I don’t know if this word exists). But I really want this special airing in my country too …

I am the only one thinking that Red’s default Pokémon should be Bulbasaur? I know that Charizard is more popular than Venusaur, but it’s everywhere! Its onnipresence begings to annoy me, and I am a great fan of fire dragons!
You are definitely not the only one….I am one of those who fell in love with bulbasaur rather than charmander. Personally, I feel Charizard is overated, and I started with gen 1.
Bulbasaur is the Pokémon that permitted me to actually finish Blue. It was my first rpg, and I messed everything from the beginning. If I had chosen Charmander I don’t know if I would have passed Mt. Moon.
Maybe I don’t love Charizard, but Charmeleon is one of my favourite pokémon: it looks fiercer, and more intelligent, in my opinion.
It’s funny how the fan favorite charizard is never used, and the under-appreciated venusaur is over used, competitively.
Here’s what I mean:
Yeah! Venusaur is perhaps the best of the grass starters (besides Sceptile). Although I doubt it is OU. Very few grass pokémon are OU.
With its DW ability, it moves up the tiers to settle on OU. A lot of Pokemon with Swift Swim, Chlorophyll or Sand Rush becomes very viable in OU given the prevalence of weather and the importance of speed these days. Even Blaziken became Ubers simply by virtue of its DW ability, Speed Boost.

Well even if they weren’t given tiers, Venusaur is still a lot more useful than Charizard. There are way too many fire types that are faster and have more special attack than charizard. But there isn’t a single grass type that is as unique as Venusaur. Even without tiering, I still like Venusaur more than Charizard. To me, Salamence is a better “dragon” than Charizard
Never before has my hype ever sky rocketted for Pokémon! New generation, new anime, new side story special episodes. If I have to wait any longer, my brain will explode!
