Airing on TV and uploaded to Nintendo’s official YouTube channel, this video has been out for a few days and upon first look reveals nothing new. But at the 0:08 mark what seems to be two grey Pokemon can be seen behind some fences to the right. We can’t say it’s a new Pokemon for sure, but it also doesn’t match up with anything else we’ve seen in the overworld so far.
What do you think it is – new Pokemon, old Pokemon, or just a grey blob?

Honestly wasn’t expecting Honedge to evolve. WOW. A bit disappointed with this reveal. Honedge IMO should’ve been kept a single Poke.
Guessing its the Klink/Magnemite of this Gen. Where it evolves and just looks like it was added on too lol.

It’ll be cool if it gets Mega Kangaskhan’s ability where it can attack twice, but i doubt it since its not really a “parental” Pokemon and is promoted with “No Guard”
The new pokemon was revealed! It’s Honedge’s evolution, called Doublade. Literally the last thing I expected hahaha
My best guess it maybe that pre-evolution of Meowstic, Espurr, that was rumored. It is the most logical assumption.

All of the names for H’one’dge, had the word one embedded in each language.
Can’t say I am too fond of it unfortunately. I would have liked to see some armor and a distinguishable body shape. Though, this just looks like two swords with eyes – it could literally be a zelda monster. :/
I was kind of disappointed as well, until I remembered that the evo’s for Magnemite, Doduo, Diglett, Klink, were just “add-on’s” of the same poke.
How are you not terrified of Zelda monsters. Doublade is tame compared to most of those assholes.
