This rumor says the total Pokemon number is 647 which is close to the 649 that Serebii posted. The Pokemon in the Pokedex is also Psychic/Dark. Serebii posted on Gamefaqs that there will be a legendary Pokemon with a typing that many people had wished for over a decade again. :O Maybe this rumor is real???

Do you personally think the starter evolution is real? Tons of people believe it just because Serebii said so..unless he works for GameFreak, I’m not going to believe anything yet. :/
