UPD: I’m adding a disclaimer to this post that they MAY still be real. The guy who “confessed” really had no proof and Pokexperto apparently has inside knowledge that they are real. I can already sense a huge backlash at my site if they are confirmed as real 😐
In other news I got my new HP laptop today :3 Beautiful 1600×900 resolution screen. *_* But now I have 8 hours to work at McDonalds which starts in, oh, 1.5hrs from now. At least this new laptop saved me from shooting myself or something.

I liked everything BUT Mijumaru’s final evo. I expect something much greater! That thing looks more like some sort of shell dog than an otter.

my biggest issues with these is mijumaru’s line. i dont like the all blueness of stage two. and it final form just doesnt make sense to me. smugleafs line i could end up stomaching and then pokabu, id deal, but its stages do seem somewhat forced.
The pokabu line looks far too similar to the chimchar line, IMO. Also, the mijumaru final evo reminds me WAY too much of the fake swampert (can be found here: http://serebii.net/fakes/). I desperately hope these are fake…
This is madness! i loved infernape, empoleon was cool and i was fine with torterra, the only one i actually like of those is tsutaajas evo! im so disappointed with pokabus evos! i hate there noses the flat on there face and they are so ugly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i had so many big hopes for this adorable pokemon……… it could have just been a boar wit fire mane on all trotters…….. again fire fighting! 🙁 mijumarus evos would be fine if they where white but i still find the middle evo much better than the final evo though, just look how fat those evos are………….. oh please say there fake!!!!!!! pokejungle could u find somthin sayin there fake or not………………….

I have nothing wrong with the supposed final form of Mijumaru…..what I do have a problem with is that they’re connected.
It wouldn’t have been as bad if maybe Mijumaru’s 1st evo was on all fours, had a slightly less round face, was starting to develop different shaped shells but still looked a bit like Mijumaru. It would have been a better middle ground.
Also I don’t understand where the head thing on Mijumaru’s final form comes from…..don’t they usually hint to these sorts of things somewhat in earlier forms?
what was the hint for blastoise’s cannons? LOL

its a shell, something that’s even hinted at on the previous stages, by having SHELLS attached to their bodies, seriously.
Yeah but this SHELL on it’s final evo is not the same SHELL that’s on Miju or 2nd evo. Why would they use the same shell for the first two but not the last? Answer that smartarse.

or they could be similar to the final product. I’m hoping that Tsutaja’s evo is real. That thing is beautiful. I’m thinking the exact opposite for Pokabu’s and Mijumaru’s last stages. I quite like Pokabu’s first stage evo though.

You know that the miji second stage and the smugleaf second stage are both in the height chart for the anime series…that’s the only reason I think they have a chance of being real. I wish they gave all of the final evos a mustache like the miji final evo. Lol

i think they will be fake since there were loads of other images for the staters who said they were real but they were fake, plus i dont think pokemon could make pokemon that ugly, theres a certain style which u cant see in those pics

lmao. These still look ugly as fuck. The recolored Rhyperior arms are so obvious on the Pokabu final evo. Mijumaru’s final evo doesn’t look like it’s previous one at all. If you look at the real starters, you’ll note how there is a progression between the 2nd and 3rd evos. The Mijumaru evo jumps from samurai otter to a fucking narwhal beast with a horrid color scheme. We wouldn’t be discussing it at all if the guy hadn’t used a proxy to pretend he was japanese.
Perhaps the Mijumaru evo is still part fighting? (if real of course) On his legs, there’s still samurai styled armor.
Also, the in game sprites seem to be in different poses than the Sugimori artwork, so maybe he’s just on all fours for the image?
He sorta has thumbs, which most quadrupedal creatures don’t have which adds to my theory that he may just be on all fours for just this image.
Or I’m just in denial cuz I wanted a kickass samurai wotter thing, but got a four legged Swampert like Pokemon instead.

Why is everyone saying the final otter evo is too different?
Pokemon rarely just grow bigger.
Go all the way back to generation I and look at it’s water starter and how it changes upon evolving.

Their faces are totally different among basically everything.
That is such a bad example. Wartortle and Blastoise are very similar; they look the same except for the ears and cannons. They’re clearly bipedal turtles/tortoises just bigger. Whereas Miju and it’s 2nd evo are very similar, it’s just a bigger otter, but the final evo shares no similarities with either. It doesn’t even have the same shell it’s previous evo’s have.
A better example might be piplup to empoleon. Other than the fact both are penguins and bipedal (though, being penguins they would have to be), they share about the same amount of similarities that Miju and the final form do.
looking at the link just reminds me how awesome wartortle’s design is, by the way squirtle’s evo line is a horrible example. hope they are fake D;
all are fake besides Tsutaajas 1 evo and mijumarus 1 evo. Retard Narwhale thing? Fat Pork chops? The only one that looks good is Tsuttajas last evo (wich is still kind bad)
Seems like they just added in colored in beta art to make it more authentic. As much as I don’t believe it, I’ll mentally prepare myself for the worst :/
I agree with this post mijumarus and tsutajas forms are just coloured in from the beta art but those third evolutions are irrevalent why doesnt anyone notice this things, pokeexperto obviously have a wrong sourse because only 2nd mijumaru and 2nd tsutaja are real because of the beta art nothing else is… its just common sense right?

I really don’t think that Pokabu’s final evo will be fire/fighting. That would be so stupid from GF just because blaziken and infernape.. And I think that with the new beginning in Isshu, they won’t use those old type combinations..

I strongly hope these are fake. I think they are fake tho. Miju’s evos are supposed to be part Fighting, not Pokabu’s. Another Fire/Fighting? As some1 stated earlier, Pokabu’s final stage just has recolored Rhyperior arms, which i was not a fan of. I think the artist didn’t kno wat to do with Pokabu’s evos so that why he gaves us this. who ever made these evos just slapped the beta art of tsutaja and mijumaru’s evos with their own interpretation. Also, the tsutaja ‘s final evo has weird neck things. Notice how they don’t connect. It looks like its wearing a crown but the tuft on the left of the picture doesnt connect with the right tuft. The snake thing is cool but i think its fake. if these are real though, i would change starter, from pokabu to tsutaja. Only time will tell.
P.S. Mijumaru’s evo is just horrible!
I actually think it’s very feasible for these to be the starter evos, mainly for the fact that a: everyone seems to hate them and b: some of them diverge quite drastically from their pre-evos. If I was a faker I’d create predictable designs that everyone thought were cool – these (if they are indeed real) were far from predictable. Who’d have thought cute little Pokabu would turn into some biped pig-sumo thing?
Oh, and I think Rhyperior’s arms are a little more angular than those of Pokabu’s supposed final form.

I strongly agree. I think they’ll probably end up being real. In preparation for this, I’ve been trying my best to like them. Thinking that the little sea otter turned into a badass sea lion makes Mijumaru’s evo seem much cooler to me for some reason. And hopefully, like somebody said above, they all have a secondary type of either Psychic, Dark, or Fighting.
Tsutaja evo: Grass/Psychic
Pokabu evo: Fire/Dark (seems more like fighting, unfortuneately)
Mijumaru evo: Water/Fighting (seems unlikely due to reason above. Again, quite unfortunate)

hey pokejungle, i dont know if youre going to read this, but it seems that the “fakes” evos are real afterall. the spanish page ZonaSafari.net says that they have inside knowlegde as pokexperto and that theyre true. also, 160 new pokemon, more or less. they cant say the exact number

i know that serebii says there real but honestly there fake the guy addmited it, the sprites were fake so it must mean they are fake. but i must say even though there hideous and ugly(opinion) they are very creative, thats the only thing that i think gives them a chance to be real
If Pokabu is fire/fighting, he looks not to be the high powered low defenses and health worth squat type that Infernape/Blaziken were. He seems to be more of Torterra style, able to deal damage and take it and seem to offer more to gameplay but hoping he is fire and darka nd Mijuu is still water and fighting…… leaving Tsuu to grass and psychic but hopefull will be dragon….

I would love that. Houndoom was one of my favs. Just how many pokemon he could take out. A starter with that typing would be awesome, since Houndoom has lower stats than the starters. But still going with Smugleaf here. Especially if the final form is true. Finally got a truly awesome looking grass.
