Starter Evolutions = Fake [?]

Guy confessed again.  That is all.  I think we were all genuinely unhappy with them though so anyone actually sad?  Although I admit Tsutaaja’s fully evolved form *was* kinda kickass.

UPD: I’m adding a disclaimer to this post that they MAY still be real.  The guy who “confessed” really had no proof and Pokexperto apparently has inside knowledge that they are real.  I can already sense a huge backlash at my site if they are confirmed as real 😐

In other news I got my new HP laptop today :3  Beautiful 1600×900 resolution screen.  *_*  But now I have 8 hours to work at McDonalds which starts in, oh, 1.5hrs from now.  At least this new laptop saved me from shooting myself or something.

ps- Sorry that this got its own news post.

  1. Saw it coming a mile away (and that’s coming from someone who fell for the plant bird)

Not surprised and very happy that they’re fake. Mijumaru is saved! 😀

  2. THIS HAS MADE MY FUCKING DAY. *ahem* Yes, like I said, thank god those monstrosities were fake! It’s OK Miju, the horrible final evo design has gone away, and you’re still my favourite! ^_^ <3

    • Totally agreed. Sucks that they’re fake. Game Freak had BETTER had even better designs. Because if Tsutaja’s final form doesn’t look that good or even better looking, then Game Freak has officially failed at making good Pokemon designs, what with bigger amount of artists designing them.
Mijumaru actually had some hope of looking good….

Roasted Pig is still ugly as heck though.

  3. I knew they were fake just by looking at mijumaru and pokabus evolution since afterall mijumaru line up is suppose to be water/fighting and pokabus is not a fighting type

  4. CHYEAH.

I thought the conch shell-unicorn-otter-weasel-seal-facial hair Pokemon was genuinely cool but he just didn’t make any sense.

Disappointing because Smugserpent was a bamf.

  5. I’m not surprised, I think the jump from the confirmed first stages and the fake third stages was really so drastic that they didn’t make sense (albeit I also liked Tsutarja’s final stage, it looked very… regal, and the ivy-shaped markings looked really good). I was sort of hoping they were fake but only because of Mijumaru’s final evo. It was just awful…

    • Gah, trying to get used to the card game terminology since I’ve confused people before by starting with “first stage” and ending with “third stage”. Where I said “third stage” here I meant “second stage” or the final evolution. I personally dislike the card game’s naming scheme but I use it anyway so no one gets confused, but I confused myself, LOL…

    • After making us wait so long that people had to end up doing bad ass fakemon of the evolutions, they better make BETTER looking ones. Mijumaru and Tsutaja had AWESOME final evos with these fake ones, but if Game Freak can’t even make their own creations look better than a fan’s work…I’ll be slightly disappointed.

  6. Oh man, I am SO happy that these are fake. Tsutaja’s evo looked nice, but Mijumaru’s was just rediculous. Pokabu wasn’t great, but not as stupid as Mijumaru’s.

  7. It’s funny, out of the starters I like Pokabu and Mijumaru. But in these fakemon I only liked Tsutaja’s final form. It’s great that they’re fake.

  8. Thank God, Wotter looked too much like Dialga fused with some other random thing, the supposed creator on 4chan said it was a randon Narwhal Digimon, Smugleaf looked like Milotic, while Pignite looked like Rhyperior with added flames.
