Following the Porygon Mass Outbreak event in Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet, a Porygon2 event has started featuring both Mass Outbreaks of the Pokémon and 7-star Tera Raid Battles to celebrate the release of the Nintendo Switch 2!
Porygon2 Mass Outbreak event
From Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. CDT to Sunday, June 15, 2025, at 6:59 p.m. CDT, Porygon2 will be appearing in outbreaks in all regions of the game:
- Paldea
- Kitakami
- The Blueberry Academy
During the event, Porygon2 in the Mass Outbreaks have an increased chance to be Shiny!
If you’d like to evolve Porygon2 to Porygon-Z, you’ll need to give it a Dubious Disc to hold and trade it. The Dubious Disc can be obtained by registering 110 Pokémon in their Blueberry Pokédex, buying one from the Blueberry Academy School Store for 250 BP or from the Item Printer.
Porygon2 Tera Raid Battles
From Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. CDT to Sunday, June 15, 2025, at 6:59 p.m. CDT, Porygon2 will be appearing in 7-Star black crystal Tera Raid Battles with a Normal Tera Type. It will have the Mightiest Mark and can only be caught once per save file, although you can beat it again for rewards.
