A Challenging Development
Before we get into the jolly announcements—the fight against Team GO Rocket continues! Activate the new Special Research, A Challenging Development, during the month of December to help Professor Willow and the team leaders take down this villainous group. This is another chance to fight Giovanni and save a Legendary Shadow Pokémon you’ve never seen before!

- Defeat Giovanni this month, and you’ll have a chance to rescue Shadow Zapdos!

Virizion, the Grassland Pokémon, will be coming to five-star raids! This Grass- and Fighting-type Legendary Pokémon has been said to confound opponents with its swift movements, so make sure you have your battle strategies ready before you encounter it.

- Glaceon with Last Resort: Use a Glacial Lure Module to evolve Eevee during the event, and you’ll get a Glaceon that knows the Charged Attack Last Resort.
- Regice returns to raids! Did you miss out on catching a Regice the last time it was available in raids? This is your chance to catch the Iceberg Pokémon!
- Two additional Raid Passes: Receive up to two additional Raid Passes during the special event time period when you spin a Photo Disc at a Gym. These Raid Passes will not be available after the event period is over. You cannot hold more than one Raid Pass at once.

You know, I think Twilight Wings is meant to promote a new Mythical Pokémon that will be added to SwSh. I mean, why else would they have a series set in Galar be titled Twilight Wings? None of the known legendaries even have wings, and the only new Pokémon that could have those white feathers in the logo is Sirfetch’d, who is not even able to fly. I don’t even know what it could even have to do with twilight.
So, yeah, I think TW is how the first Gen 8 Mythical will be announced.

I finally got my perfect Hippopotas but as as luck would have it i actually have a duplicate 5IV one only missing SpAtk and its female which means i could Careful Mint it and make it a Special Tank which my original Hippowdon was
Now that’s taken care of onward to getting my Scorbunny ready and a lesser extent my Stonjourner but it doesn’t have to be perfect just Impish

This beastly swine pokemon has a top heavy crimson body with numerous black and silver spikes poking out of its body and its back is lined with thick armored plates. Its main feature is the large hallow tusks protruding out of its jaw that constantly bellow out flames and smoke as it “revs up” its internal fire source allowing it to move at blazing speeds. its compact, strong body allows it to either run on all fours, fight bipedal or simply curl into a ball and roll around as a flame spewing ball. lastly its eyes are permanently scowling with deep red eyebrows of flame and its hog snout always has a smoke spewing out

Idea for future regional forms and fossils:
In the new region certain fossil Pokemon never went extinct and adapted to the new environment. Thus we could have a modern Aerodactyl that became a funny chicken, an Omanyte that looks more like a modern snail, etc.
Alternative, ancient forms for modern Pokemon that went extinct and are revived from fossils.
