Kanto or Sinnoh: Which Will See Switch Remake?

Event Reminder

  • Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon’s first global event is due to end this Wednesday! This distribution gives you a Level 10 Rockruff, holding a Focus Band, with the ability Own Tempo, and the moves Fire Fang (Ultra Sun)/Thunder Fang (Ultra Moon) and Happy Hour. This special Rockruff is the only legitimate way one can obtain Dusk Form Lycanroc in game (Evolve at Level 25 between 5pm and 5:59pm), however it can be bred to give offspring Rockruff the Own Tempo ability. As long as a Rockruff has this ability, it can evolve to Dusk Form Lycanroc.

Pokkén Tournament

  • The Dynamic Fury Group Match has been announced and will take place from January 19th to January 22nd! This special Group Match is once again a Team Battle competition on a fixed arena. Participants will receive a special title based on Machamp, while those who place higher will gain other titles as a reward
  • The first qualifier for the 2018 Pokkén Tournament DX World Championships will take place at the Oceania International Championships in Sydney, February 10th & 11th! There are 100 entry places available with the winners gaining access to play at the World Championships this August in Nashville, Tennessee

Pokémon GO

  • Out of nowhere region exclusives Seviper and Zangoose have migrated between their two regions. Those in the Americas and Africa can now find Seviper out in the wild while residents of Europe & Asia can now catch Zangoose. There’s no word on if or when they will switch back to their original regions, so get out there and GO catch them while you can!

  1. Ugh…..I have no idea what I’m gonna do about Clay. I’ll eventually have Jellicent, but I won’t get that until I get surf so it’s kind of moot anyway…….wish I could get Frillish earlier…..

  2. I’m pretty reliant on Nintendo giving us the date for the Direct right now so I can figure out the rest of my week. If they do confirm it on Thursday I’ll have to go into work tomorrow or Friday instead so I can fully enjoy the event. It’s ridiculous that I couldn’t have made those plans already.

  3. So.. I really wanted to start these discussions when more people were online.. so I may repost.. buut..

    1) Poipole is basically a starter of the UB dimension, haven’t heard anyone mention this..
So I’m wondering what y’all think the other 2 UBs types would be..
That dimension seems obsessed with power.. so it evolving after learning a powerful move and them all having the ability to make them stronger after a KO Doesn’t shock me

2)Incineroar is the Best starter to choose for in game purposes … If you don’t agree.. Fyt Me M8!
It takes out so many important characters Pokemon And Necrozma

    3) And I like poipole now and it’s Evo now suddenly..
But still wish it was cute upon evolution.. like Gliscor at least resembling it’s former self.. and not Beedrill
3.5) And I Love Alolan Ninetales Summary … It’s basically Me. Seemingly Nice.. but rly not 😂😂

    4) This is my first team that I just played and got Pokemon as they came.. and Didn’t plan . So Not my typical Fire Water Grass formula. I think it turned out good.. A fast alolan Team. I am So proud of myself. Ninetales will have to use freeze dry to handle the water pokes tho.
When I play it officially I’ll just replace Butterfree (who has helped me so much with sleep powder and Z Tailwind), with my Togetic
And maybe I’ll use Zeraora sometimes instead of poipole Evo when it’s released.. myb not https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/0a317ed48083263c122d9462d17dc1d4c56a4c3ca387a7b180db2b06c65b0de9.png https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/88671a423b59759181de9a0a2697eca5708ba6b30670b6e0da9fa2820de50975.png

  4. I want to strangle something every time I see someone say that USUM were the last 3ds games, but then go on to speculate that maybe GF will give us DP remakes to hold everyone off until the Switch game comes out…….What part of “USUM were the last 3ds games” does not compute with DP fans?!?!?! I get you loved the gen…….that doesn’t mean you can defy logic and just make sh!t up……I mean come on man!! DP remakes aren’t coming any time soon and people need to get with the reality of it……..*sigh*…….

    • Yeah besides they say last 3ds games then DP won’t be on switch… Well where the f*ck is it then? Only other accepting consoles is the Wii U (100% its not there)

I love Sinnoh, but I believe some fans are going over board with it too. So I agree with you on this

      • Yeah DP fans don’t know what they want. It’s even worse than before ORAS came out……..I love Gen 4 Pokemon, but the Sinnoh games were just not good games….regardless if Platinum “fixed” the issues of DP.

  5. Oh boy, I’m on Season 3 of Total Drama (World Tour). They don’t have it on Netflix, so I had to resort to YouTube. Thing is, idk whether this is the version they aired in America (There’s no CN watermark, so there’s that) or the one they aired in Canada. Actually, I don’t even know if this season is censored. Oh well, guess I’ll find out

      • Not the home button.. but yes maybe the controller.. or I’ll plug it to charge and it comes on.. that’s annoying. Defeats the purpose of charging some. I havent played in forever and I last fully charged.. but found it almost dead

        Reply
        • I think in order to charge controllers the system technically has to be on (or in sleep mode) It’s the same with the PS4 and Xbone. There has to be some sort of electrical signal flowing in order for the charge to even happen. So if you plug in your controller and it runs on then that makes sense.

  6. If all your pokemon faint during a wonderlocke do you have to get an entire new team? Not sure this would ever happen but who knows

  7. Hollowknight may be the first game to have me expect a huge crazy spooky boss and be greeted by an enemy that speaks a few sad words then stands still letting me kill it leaving me confused with a strange tinge of sadness

idk if any of that made sense. this game is fucking amazing though BUY IT
