Pokémon the Movie: I Choose You
- For our readers in the US, two new dates for the theatrical release of the film have been announced! You will now be able to get tickets for showtimes on November 11th and 14th through Fathom Events. Unfortunately, the TCG Promo Card and QR Code for the I Choose You Cap Pikachu will not be distributed at these screenings
Toys ‘R’ Us
- For those in North America, you can head to your local Toys ‘R’ Us on Saturday November 11th from 1pm-3pm for another Pokémon giveaway! Those who attend will receive a special holo Toys ‘R’ Us Jangmo-o TCG card , a Crimson Invasion mini collector’s album, and a build-it-yourself Mega Construx Pokéball! The first 50 attendees at each store will also receive a Togedemaru figurine, but unfortunately Canadian stores will not be giving out the Pokéball
Pokémon Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon
- A new “Strange Evil” trailer has been released on Nintendo’s official English YouTube channel, along with a new overview trailer on the official Japanese Pokémon channel! Neither show any new info aside from a few short bits of new footage, but still great to watch nonetheless!
- The games are now available for digital preload across all regions in the Nintendo eShop
- The next bit of new information for the games will be released on November 9th, 10pm PST (November 10th, 2pm JST/5am UTC)
Pikachu Talk
- The newly announced Pikachu Talk app lets you talk to Pikachu via Google Home or Amazon Alexa devices! This is a completely free app that will be released in Japan later this year and in 2018 everywhere else
Pokémon GO
- A new Pokémon Safari event will be held at the Tottori Sand Dunes in Tottori, Japan on November 24th, 25th, and 26th! This Safari Zone will show an increase of spawns for several Ground and Water-type Pokémon, Fossil Pokémon, as well as spawns for Mr. Mime and as of yet unspecified letters of Unown. Unfortunately, it’s been confirmed that there won’t be any special Raids. In addition to the in game festivities a pop-up Pokémon Center store will be open for business, and Pikachu will make special appearances at the nearby Aeon Mall.
- Shiny Shuppet, Banette, Duskull, and Dusclops are now all available in game
- The Raid Battle Bosses for each tier have been updated with new Pokémon! The list of new bosses is as follows:
- NEW LEVEL 1 BOSSES: Metapod, Ivyaur, Charmeleon, Wartortle
- NEW LEVEL 2 BOSSES: Mageneton, Sableye, Sandslash, Tentacruel, Marowak, Cloyster
- NEW LEVEL 3 BOSSES: Ninetales, Scyther, Omastar, Porygon

Pokémon Shuffle
- The new Ultra Challenge stage featuring Xurkitree is available until November 7th – This stage can only be played 10 times and requires 20,000 coins to play

- Both the Litten and Drifblim stages have begun repeat runs until November 7th

Okay, there is some seriously awesome merchandise this week. I actually really want the Necrozma and Ho-oh plushes, and that Ho-oh + Lugia jacket! I usually say “I want this or that” but this time I actually think I’m going to get something. Probably the jacket and Necrozma.

Pokemon I choose you review & Gen 8 predictions!
– Movie and post credits combined IMO make it the best Pokemon movie of all time!
– Past movies such as power of one, mewtwo returns and Luke’ mystery of mew all were better in many ways but this as a combined package was amazing
– Essentially the USUM of the movies. It was like an alternate universe with many alterations but with many references to original saga!
– The graphical animation was AMAZING! Best so far! The story was good maybe not as great as say Lucario and myst’ of mew but it didn’t need to be this is a diff kinda film
– The post film credits were absolutely out of this world, it basicallly was 10 minutes of nostalgia service of the entire series.
– It was screaming the end of an era, the film just like USUM is doing threw everything in the anime together and it was amazing. The nostalgia I got from there was unbelievable! Past characters, regions, films and anime sagas from Kanto to Kalos all had involvement
– GET READY for a MASSIVE REBOOT of the whole series games and anime. Not like BW even more, the post credits as well as USUM are screaming reboot.
– It also hinted at Team rockets return in USUM in a very subtle way
– Post film scenes where just amazing maybe even better than the entire film thats how good they were!
– Overall one of the best especially in terms of nostalgia! Loved it!

Uh yes it was actually a necessary move as at time of posting a new article was made and I wanted this to be seen.
Yeah uh… no. Anybody expecting Pokemon Switch to be anything more than USUM with slightly better graphics and the usual new gen amenities like a new region, evil team, and a handful of new Pokemon, etc. they are fooling themselves hardcore.
We really don’t know at this point. Anything really is possible. They have said they are rethinking how pokemon works for the Switch game.
We kind of really do. GameFreak is the laziest company that makes the most money for any game series out there.

The anime is it’s own thing and nothing about USUM screams anything but we are celebrating our 20 year anniversary but needed a bit more time and fan feedback to make a game that is actually worthwhile instead of the trash that SM was.

Shiinotic? It kinda looks like a Toad from the Mario series.
It was literally one of the best tanks for me in game, my only complaint was the small amount of variety in attacking moves that it learns, but its real appeal is its longevity and how it can chip your opponents Pokémon.

I will take that as a yes. This was actually something I wanted to do as part of the Halloween competition but I didn’t have time. And this is supposed to be a horror movie-the crazy fan takes a hammer and breaks both of the authors legs so he couldn’t leave-so it isn’t really supposed to be like that. Anyway I was thinking in place of those two characters we have the SM protagonist-either gender-because they are always smiling even during the worst of times and the crazy fan to be Lana-her dialogue during the trial made her seem a little bit desperate to see a swimmer-even though she knew it was a Wishiwashi. So yea, a block of text that says Lana is thirsty-because she is the water trial captain- and the protagonist restrained on the bed-legs can be broken or not and swimwear or not are both fine-what is important is that the protagonist is smiling:a situation in which they shouldn’t be. Of course I feel as if this is a bit different in terms of scale of what you have done for drawing practice before so it’s completely fine for you not to tackle this.

I heard about it, and all I could think of was “Morgana is finally confessing his love for Joker”. It doesn’t really make sense considering Ash isn’t voiced by Xander Mobus nor Jun Fukuyama (Pikachu and Morgana are both voiced by Ikue Otani), but that’s just me.

Honestly, my friend thought that entire scene was especially corny I personally didn’t like how Ash was referred to as the Rainbow Hero. What is with Pokémon and rainbows.

True. I do feel like a mini series might have been better, with him catching different ‘mon and having different experiences with these other companions. The Caterpie and Charmander progressions feel rushed, which they would be in this limited time frame.

These articles make me realize how much I NEED pokemon merchandise in my life, but I am an adult male and would be hardcore judged for it. Fitting into society’s norms is tough.
I got my Silvally event too (right nature on first try) so Im pretty set, and probably done with Sun. It was a very good game, and I really appreciate it. Honestly it’s either my 3rd or 4th favorite region in the Pokemon series I hope USUM makes me love it even more.

Oh yeah I forgot to mention, they showed 3 Generations episodes after the movie and they looked great on the big screen.
Also I choose You Movie spoilers Incineroar was purposefully getting weakened in its’ first fight against Ash so Blaze would activate but there was no effect to show it had. That disappointed me a little. I did like Incineroar more in this, I liked the run on all fours it did and it reminded me of how I’d improve Incineroar, making it hunched over and more feral looking. Veritys’ Piplup was pretty much the same as Dawns, like the moves were the same iirc, so that was kinda boring. Also Midnight Lycanroc and Lucario barely got to do anything, which considering they were 2 main character partner Pokemon was a bit odd to me. .
So FedEx was claiming that the generations episodes were better than the actual movie

Yeah they really should have had more jagged stripes. The shirt/chest thing still bugs me. The main reason I suggest hunched is so it can still fit the Wrestler theme. I would say the flamethrower from the belt looked better in the anime, still weird though, I really wanted to see it do that huge inhale thing before blasting the flamethrower from its’ mouth like other fire types do Charmeleon does this in the movie, one time before it evolves and it’s really a powerful moment
Actually army screening they showed them before the movie started. So just in case, make sure to get there at least 30 minutes early.
I was there 30 minutes before at mine and nothing, and quite alot of people left after the movie ended. There’s also some shorts in between but they were only like 5 second things I think I’d seen online aswell.

A game called Tiny Zoo friends has a St.Patricks thing it gives out when you hit a high enough level (oddly isn’t given around only St.Patricks day), but when trying to open it, it 100% will crash and you must reopen the app (attempted 60 times, all failed)

Saw the movie today. I liked it a bit. It’s a Pokemon movie so nothing crazy groundbreaking, but over all it was quite enjoyable. Nothing too horribly bad. I will say that Marshadow’s part in it seems a bit unnecessary and they’re not 100% clear on what it’s role really is, but oh well. Either way ti was a nice movie and is worth seeing. It’s interesting to see what parts of the original show they decided to throw in and what parts they changed. The two friends characters were actually a lot more likable than I thought they’d be and while they weren’t crazy fleshed out due to time constants they did a good job of accompanying Ash.
Fun fact about Kurusu here: One of the only games recently I haven’t gotten bored of my choices or had a will to switch to another game, was actually Kirby Triple Deluxe as it has a good level of difficulty for me as its fun and easy to get back into the basics and still difficult enough to keep me on my toes

Triple jumps are actually easier to perform in this game than any previous 3D Mario game. You just have to press A three times in a row…not sure what else to say. Now if you want me to explain the ground pound-leap forward Cappy bounce + extra leap, that would be a bit more technical, but I’ve done it too many times to count.

-Misdreavus is no longer on Melemele. It’s been replaced by Murkrow.
-Melemele seemingly has most of the changes, which is great imo because more early game variation.
-Some Pokémon are faaaaaar earlier than you’d expect, for example Furfrou on Route 1 and Hawlucha… Well, at any point on the first island really.
-Some late Pokémon found early! Noibat, Jynx, Honchkrow!
-Zubat is apparently the wrong colour… It’s the same colour as the dark types in the Dex… Alolan form, or misprint? ;p
Also, here’s how I think getting the following two Pokémon Flabebe and Floette will work:
Melemele: Yellow Flower Flabebe
Akala: Orange or White Flower Flabebe
Ula’ula: Red Flower Floette
Poni: Blue Flower Floette
All: White Flower Floette
Alternatively, I can see Melemele and Ula’ula with Orange as a rarer, shared colour, whilst Poni would have White as a rare colour. This is because none of the colours fit Akala really, and it doesn’t even have a Meadow.
Crobat (in its regular form) can be seen facing DM Necrozma in a trailer so I don’t think it will have an Alola Form. It’s just a colouring error.
Also, considering that no new Alola Forms are in Mele Mele, I think it’s safe to assume that no new Alola Forms is pretty much confirmed.

A warning involving the dex leak below
BE CAUTIOUS! Noibat is useless in every possible way until it evolves at level 40ish. No joke it doesn’t get a decent move till like mid 20s and even then it pretty much sucks till it evolves so it will act a bit like a deadweight. This is a warning from experience
Noibat imo is weak regardless of level. As in my X version Play (When I got a more serious team) I caught it, it failed to beat 10 Pokémon that it was higher leveled and had the advantage, so I leveled up one with a rare candy and it immediately became Godly as Noivern

I used one in Colloseum, and that thing got killed by almost every single attack within two turns. Took hours to lower its Shadow and barely gained a level, then took like another hour to evolve because it kept getting killed

Well I finally thought of a name for my more demon like Legendary in my game
Ouroborok- Its based on two different legends. The Ouroboros and Ragnarok
As it comes along every (insert large amount of time) to create an apocalypse to wipe all life, it then dies and is reborn in a new form and spreads new life to start regrowing, after it regrows the life it leaves to collect more energy for the next apocalypse (as its new form is vulnerable and defenseless)
There by going threw a rebirth cycle and creating an apocalypse using both of the legends in its lore

Adore it, favorite of any gen so far. Outside of Fighting and steel types the variety is off the charts
First island alone has Makuhita, Crabrawler, Mankey and Hawlucha just from what I remember, imo that’s really good for a first island
Steel is abysmal though
Steel should be abysmal, it’s a really strong type especially early game where type coverage is barren
Same with Ice (super strong offensively) and Dragon (strong in general)
Steel throughout alola was bad though. I hope that’s fixed
It already had Skarmory, Metagross, Klefki, Sandslash, Dugtrio, Magnezone, Bastiodon, Probopass, and Togedemaru before the champion (and Klinklang through island scan) so I wouldn’t say it’s that bad. Worse off than other types but it’s not like Hoenn Ice or DP Fire
Plus, it’s confirmed to have received Mawile, Scizor and Lucario could be moved to earlier like Honchkrow, and if we have all Mega Evolution Pokémon in the game we also get Aggron and Steelix, along with anything else they spontaneously decide to bring back like Durant, Excadrill, etc

Steel is generally a crap type for playthroughs anyway. It’s really only a good typing in competitive play cos of its resistances, and being a counter to the omnipresent fairies. I’ve never had much success with good steel types in-game.
Probably speaking only for myself here as I prefer Pokemon with good movepool and attacking stats so I can breeze through the tedious amount of trainers you have to face fairly quickly as opposed to trying to tank hits with a steel type…

Faba – Malamar for any of his mons, I can’t see him keeping Alolan Raichu with an expanded Dex
Hala – Hawlucha instead of Makuhita/Hariyama or Mankey/Primeape
Olivia – Tyranitar in her E4 battle over Carbink
Lusamine – Froslass if Mismagius is pushed back to Poni

Pretty much. For each world I did the main story missions which usually ended with multimoons then maybe collected a few at random if I wanted to. I took my time with it. Now that I beat it I’m getting all of them
the way my brother has been doing it and also myself, is to get all possible moons you can get at the time before moving on. I would say its just that feeling of going on when you know theres more to do which is so new to me lol

Was SM easy (or on the easier side) or was SM hard (or on the harder side) to you?
Do tell why it was easy/hard. Was your team disadvantageous? Did you pick Litten (supposedly Litten made the game super easy)? Were you overleveled/underleveled?
Personally I think SM were on the harder side. I lost some battles, more than once, and I loved it. I chose Rowlet (which I felt made things harder) and my team constantly had glaring weaknesses (like in the beginning of the game I was supr weak to flying). I lost to a lot of totems. Also the speed of Alola mons made it even harder, because I couldnt outpace anyone. The games were hard, and it was a huge improvement from ORAS.
I found it quite hard compared to the other modern Pokémon games, but regular trainers are still a joke (as is Olivia lol)
I’ve had trouble with different totems depending on my team but I feel Vika and Kommo are the weakest link. E4 and champion were a return to form
Totem Vika and Kommo were jokes, but the E4 was not. I lost to Acerola once and Kahili like 3 times, and Kukui like once, they were hard. It was a nice challenge. Even on par with their levels I still struggled
I found Olivia very easy for an E4, but the rest were decently challenging or even honestly hard
And Kukui… Best final battle in ages.

I actually disagree there, I didnt like his champ theme like everyone else. It just seemed very emotionless. Like I don’t the impress of “This is a hard fight” like Lance, or “This is serious, but also fun,” Like Iris. and it didnt sound great like Diantha’s

Hala had 3 mons wth 2 moves/ 1 mon with 3 moves/ 1 mon with 4

I am not quite sure why they started doing this, but it’s so weird. Maybe thats why Olivia and Acerola were hard because all their mons had all 4 moves
It was was in between for me. Litten was my starter obviously, but I still kinda struggled Fighting for example Hapu.
It was mid for me it was sort of easy at points, but the end was tough and I kept changing my team so also contributed
Definitely on the harder side, while early stuff was quite easy, the mid-end part was pretty difficult, in fact it even made me use the Exp Share sometimes and had a lot of challenging battles (like the E4 fe)

So what are some annoying things you hate to hear pokemon fans say regarding pokemon and why? For me:
“Unova is underrated.” Literally anyone who says Unova in a positive light, someone says this. Like how many people can something is underrated until it is actually ‘average rated.’ The only people who say Unova is super bad are people who probably dont play anymore, honestly. I think I’ve only met a handful of people who still play Pokemon actually dislike Unova. Most people like Unova! It’s not underrated!
“Why have Battle Frontier? Battle Tower is fine.” Why have a get one of those big assorted boxes with different chips? One chip is fine. Even if YOU dont want it other people want it! Nobody is forcing you to play the whole frontier. Frontier includes Tower. I dont see the problem honestly.
” EXP. Share is broken, and makes it too easy for kids.” Why does it matter what’s too easy for kids? Play the game your way and they play it their way! I personally love new EXP share makes grinding sooo much easier.
” ORAS didnt have BF because it wasnt in RS” Such a STUPID arguement. Battle Maison wasnt in RS, Delta story wasnt in RS, Megas werent in RS, Battle Resort wasnt in RS, The list goes on.

Unlike basically every other Nintendo property, the games have hardly changed at all. Zelda, while always being about adventure and exploring, is played very differently between Legend of Zelda to Link to the Past to Ocarina of Time to Breath of the Wild.
Meanwhile Pokémon Red and Pokémon Sun play basically the same just with small mechanical changes.

Pokémon isn’t actually that different from Zelda at its core. I mean you’re exploring a world aren’t you? Why are the games so linear then?
Accentuate the exploration because finding Pokémon plays perfectly into that. New Pokémon are a natural reward for exploring but because of the linear nature of Pokémon, it is encouraged to just choose 6 Pokémon and stop catching them.
I mean, I wouldn’t say a 6 mon team is bad, Maybe Pokemon Switch could make rotation teams more of an easy option

-Still has a big story
-Maybe have a BW style, where they inquire at least 100 new Pokémon and make other Pokémon available post game or something.
-They find a way to have Bank available and figure a way to transfer old Pokémon up (Star says what they can do is limitless, this is within the rules of limitless)

Some nice things about some of your least favorite Pokémon?
– Unown is fun to collect, which is the point of its existence
– Illumise and Volbeat work really well together concept wise and they look similar yet different enough to work
– Plusle and Minun are cute asf with a unique gimmick
– Decidueye is actually an extremely well put together design, it’s just a shame it doesn’t convey ghost well outside its shiny
– Blaziken is a total badass and I loved using one, I just don’t like normal Blaziken’s design so much (really like Mega)
Toucannon has a rad shiny
One of the best Pokémon colour pallets like ever tbh
– The elemental monkeys have great design and are very reliable early game
– Jynx is quite an interesting concept coupled with an amazing type
– Pineco is just a fun Pkm all around

For the last Pokémon I am stuck between 4 Pokémon that I haven’t used yet Oranguru, Comfey, Bruxish, and Komala; and Mimikyu, a Pokémon that I have used before but I am quite partial to. What is everyone’s opinions of what I have now (team makeup, nicknames, etc.) and who I should add?

All UBs come from Ultra Space and are located next to each other in the Pokedex this one is special and my guess is it was artificially created by the URS and that is why it wouldn’t be with the other natural UBs.

Hey guys. So… serebii posted this pokemon data file with part of Alola’s Dex. And at first glance everything is normal, except Zubat’s line silhouette color. If you look at arbok’s color, it’s purple (poison type) and Zubat’s color is brown (just like the dark type pokemon).

Also even if there aren’t any other new UBs the USUM wishlist still got that there would be brand new UBs in general right so you really can’t use that as a point against it anyway. On top of it that’s not even the only leak the pic has on it so I’m not sure what you’re point is. It’s been proven time and time again that leaks can be true leaks even if they get one or two things wrong. The fact is the USUM Wishlist has gotten much more correct than it has gotten wrong up to this point so I’m not sure what you’re issue with it or any of the other leaks are…….

So a couple of things involving my USUM team build. First I was looking at a document I wrote up for when I was planning my Sun team and it’s hilarious to me that I only ever used two of the Pokemon I said I wanted to use. Those being Incineroar and Vikavolt. Second, I think I’ve come to the conclusion I may need a ground type (or a Pokemon that has access to powerful Ground moves). While going through the type effectiveness chart the two types I found that I didn’t have anything good against specifically were Poison and Electric. Every other type is more or less taken into account in some way. These are my current thoughts. I’m hoping even if there aren’t new Alolan forms I can get a cool ground type (or equivalent) on my team. Any suggestions? Prolly will. I’m just not sure what I want to do for the final slot. I suppose I could put something else in there that isn’t specifically ground type, but is able to use ground type moves and could essentially act a ground type for my team.
Depends if you want to use Gen 7 introduced ‘mon or anything now available. Ground has Pallosand but you already have 2 Ghosts, Mudsdale which could be good, or Fugtrio which I don’t like but you might. Really you can probably get by with Marowak in-game provided you have the Thick Club. Alolan Muk is a cool option.
I guess honestly at this point I’ll likely be using a non gen 7 Pokemon. I’ve already used Mudsdale and like you said I already have an over abundance of ghost on my team. Maybe it’s best to branch out. Hopefully they add some good ground types from previous gens to USUM for me to choose. I was also eyeing up the Sandile line as that seems fun lol
Yeah Krookodile is good. I am hoping Nidoran is available (for Moon Ball HA shiny), if it is then there’s Nidoking. Flygon, Mamoswine, Gastrodon and Garchomp are all solid options if they’re still in.

Well I’m back from the movie and let me just say… That was the… BEST POKEMON MOVIE EVER!!!!!!!!!! I loved every second of it, I laughed at some of the humor I cried When Metapod and when Butterfree left, but it now holds a spot as my favorite movie of the year, second Favorite over all (Guardians of the Galaxy stills comes in first) and a few other details including, my new favorite battle is Pikachu v.s. Marshadow and Butterfree has topped Heracross as my favorite Bug type
Oh and I finally figured out what all this Marshadow business is about allow me to explain
You see its the guide to Ho-Oh and sort of is there to keep the Rainbow Hero (being Ash) on their true path and is there more to just make sure the prophesy happens. And when Cross tries to summon Ho-Oh due to the Rainbow Wing being corrupted Marshadow goes mad as it now has been taken by the darkness of the feather and wishes to destroy the ungrateful humans who have failed the prophesy it was created to protect.
Marshadow’s role wasn’t stated quite to this degree, but if looking at some of the finer details then it becomes pretty clear

The Butterfree thing is just a condensed version of its’ arc in the original anime. It was still nice though. I really liked Charmanders arc, even though it felt a bit rushed, which it would considering the time restrictions. I feel Marshadow should probably have had a movie where it was the focus, or at least part of the rest of the movie canon.

Flux (Jolteon)
Game: Red
Simply put, Flux was always a speedster blitzing through teams. Capable of dishing out strong Electric attacks, Flux served me well in the majority of my Red run, especially during Lance’s battle.
Sandstorm (Flygon)
Game: Emerald
Initially having a rocky take-off in his Trapinch and Vibrava stages, when Sandstorm evolved, he became an incredibly versatile Pokémon to use in my most recent Gen 3 run. Whenever my team needed a counter to a strong foe, Sandstorm was always there as my backup.
Mediterra (Lapras)
Game: Y
Mediterra was a spectacular water type to use. Her tough bulk and also good attacking stats made her a viable asset in being perhaps one of the sturdiest Pokémon I’ve ever had.
Magneto (Metagross)
Game: Black
Stumbling across this fella in the Giant Chasm, I absolutely loved this iron-crab in my post-game Black team. Being my tank, Magneto scoffed at physical attacks and always crushed the foe with a devastating Meteor Mash.
Ceros (Heracross)
Game: HeartGold
The literal bane to Whitney’s Miltank, Ceros was a strong combatant able to land deadly blows on foes. If he wasn’t able to faint a Mon, he could sure lay a big dent on their HP.

Let me say I was expecting a bit more I guess in terms of cutscenes and stuff? I guess it was fine though. I am definitely disappointed there was no human form to Ganon…was really looking forward to seeing what he would look like in this game. But it was really awesome that I got to do the final part on Epona. I rode her literally up to the top of the castle so it was cool that I got to actually go to battle on her too! I do wish I could actually keep Hyrule in its nice ganon-less appearance and travel with Zelda ;-; But I guess no Zelda will ever let that happen.

Yes I know, Heatmor isn’t great and there are way too many ice types for a tropical region.
But Heatmor has a new signature move and the Cubchoo family have a new ability, Slush Rush. And by association, Durant might be added too. Just random speculation, that’s all.

Question about Overwatch (I’m on PS4):
I started up my game like normal and managed to play a match without any visible signs of lag. All of the sudden my game really started to lag, which I figured it must’ve been the game I was playing in. So I got out of the match and joined another one, but it was the same result each time I joined a new one. About 5 minutes ago I just went on Practice Range to get out of the lag but it was even severely lagging there too.
My internet’s pretty decent right now, so I don’t understand what it could be. Has this happened to anyone before, or even recently when playing OW?

Ok so based on the very brief look of the 1st hour of the game it seems like there are some cool changes they’ve made to the game. It’s like they made very specific changes that aren’t just them shoehorning extra parts in. They completely re organize stuff. Should be super cool to see how the rest of the games are changed.
Also it sounds like the first hour is WAY less hand holdy than SM. Which is a nice change of pace

I will say keep a cautious mind on it tho. There are some things that are actually pretty cool, but nothing crazy major. I’d say skip around so you get the gist, but don’t linger on any parts for too long. That’s what I did haha

I played Sun but I wanted UM just because I like the night sky theme it has ans I’ve already experienced the Sun.

I haven’t actually preordered either of them-despite proclaiming that I was going to cancel them multiple times this pre-release season. One of my parents is getting on the day it releases-late birthday present-and I will be able to play it the next day after I fly over. I will be getting the other version later in the Thanksgiving Break week as a gift from another family member. I will probably be getting US first and will get UM later.

Yea. I will probably have to start UM some point during Thanksgiving Break just to get the Rockruff that can evolve into its Dusk form. If I am following the same pattern as last time with SM, I won’t be play UM until next summer-well past the time that Rockruff is available.

I’m a little suspect about Zubat. While on that one page it’s silhouette is colored for dark types Corbat has also been shown in the trailers so I’m not sure. It may have been a mistake in the coloring since Murkrow and Honchkrow are right next tot he line. We shall see tho. I really REALLY hope they’re just holding out on showing us Alolan forms because they technically won’t be a big part of the game and it’d be a nice surprise or something. It’d be such a shame if they didn’t further utilize the mechanic more.
