Jungle Asks: Have you chosen your Ultra Sun or Ultra Moon team?

There isn’t anything exciting to report about Pokémon Ultra Sun or Ultra Moon, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t anything to talk about! I want to know if any of you have decided on teammates to use in the new games or if you even have an entire team already pre-planned for your run-through!

It is a bit early, since we don’t know if there will be any new Pokémon besides UB: Burst and UB: Assembly or new forms, such as Necrozma’s or Lycanroc’s, but the ability to trade Pokémon from the original Sun & Moon mean that you have a lot of freedom to plan and breed in advance. When we first stepped into Alola we didn’t even have Pokémon Bank to bring our favorites into the new region.

Don’t forget, there’s a whole lot of new wild Pokémon running around the islands as well! You can see some of them above.

    i have 9 rare candies and that means i can evolve it at level 47 (or 48 because it needs to learn Earthquake before evolving)

  11. Man, I know Im late to the party, but the 2dsxl is actually really cool. I like this. I wish I got it earlier, but it’s about time I got a new ds. Ready to play USUM on this amazing quality!
    Also related to the article, I’ve decided to drop Kommo-o on my team for an returning mon. First I was thinking Alola Raticate, but it’s stats are pretty trash. Whatever looks nice, hopefully it learns Sunny Day.
    What do you guys think a good replacement is?

      • Well you see, that pokemon actually evolves way too late. Where its barely even useable… Im sorry. It wont even be as fun later in the game

    • Volcarona. If you’re worried about it being too daunting to evolve, just transfer the level 35 one from B2W2 over. Using one was actually the best decision ever. Definitely the most fun playthrough team I’ve ever used

  12. I may not know my Ultra Moon team, but I DO know my Moon team! It turned out exactly as I planned it from the very beginning, which is pretty rare actually. Also, it’s the first time that a majority of my Pokemon were trained from very low levels in the early game!

  15. Im gonna buy Ultra Sun. Pick Litten as my starter and im going to use the event Rockruff. The rest of my wil be random. It depense on what wild Pokémon i will find.

  16. I might just go with my team from my main version (moon) again, unless they add new Alola forms or any new mons (I highly doubt it at this point)

  19. So I’m seeing a lot of confusion surrounding what day Ohmori and Iwao are doing their demo. Is it today or tomorrow? Because I was under the impression it was today (the 29th), but now I’m seeing peeps say it’s tomorrow (the 30th)? Also what time is it happening?

  23. I have decided my team for Ultra Moon using a random number generator. The numbers that came up correspond with the Alolan Pokédex in Sun/Moon. Here’s what came up, nicknames included:

    1. Primarina (DIVA)
    2. Castform (TOM SKILLING if male, CHERYL SCOTT if female)
    3. Masquerain (BETTE DAVIS)
    4. Alolan Dugtrio (HANSON)
    5. Glaceon (FROSTY)
    6. Lurantis (ASKURDRABOUT)

  24. All I know is this time around, I want to use Tauros, Zoroark, Mienshao, Malamar, Braviary, Gigalith, Milotic, Garbodor, Porygon-Z, and/or Exeggutor at some point in my playthrough of any of the gen 7 games

      On tuesday I got a great new Land Rover Range Rover from having earned $11752 this last four weeks..with-out any doubt it’s the most-comfortable job I have ever done .. It sounds unbelievable but you wont forgive yourself if you don’t check it
